I have purchased one single door fridge 10 days back from Sathya agency, Kumananchavadi, chennai. Home delivery arranged by Sathya agency with additional cost paid be me. After delivery Whirlpool technician attended the installation, while unboxing product was in some damage condition. Later it was replaced with another fridge in 3 days. The replacement was not in good condition, it's more dirty and full of dust formed in back unit. It's looks very old product and looks not good. At the same time Whirlpool technician came for installation and he finished his job and he not checked about the condition of the product. After some time I checked the back unit of fridge and cleaned the dusts, I have noticed the one of part was in unfixed condition, that technician not even checked that. I have raised this concerns to Sathya agency sales person he apologized on that. After two days I identified the another issue in freezer inside, it's unfixed in position, that also not checked by technician. Overall I was worried about the quality issue with Sathya and Whirlpool. I have paid for this product, it should be worthy, but it's not like that. It's really disappointed for me and poor service to customer. What is the action will be taken for this complaint??? Was this information helpful? |
