I was informed to west masi Street, madurai showroom which i was purchased and that grinder was wrongly delivered...they assigned one person to verify whether it is wrongly delivered and he came and said item was wrongly delivered..and he is not responsible for replacement.
after again i called to showroom they asked me to come and replace but i was paid for delivery charges including
i refused to come showroom. i asked to replace new one and to deliver it on my home.
after two days came for replacement he took the wrongly delivered item and he kept the new one. i asked to check the machine whether it is working properly
one phone call came to that person he went outside of my house and he was speaking around 10 mins after that he went without informing me. i was waiting for him to verify i came to know that he was left and not verified the replacement grinder.
I again checked the replaced grinder in the box some of the contents were missing in the box again. it was a worst experience from the sathya agency.
i will never come to sathya and never recommend to anyone. i was tierd of asking for the correct product to deliver. sathya agency concentration only for income not for service. while seeing the tv ads my bloods are boiling and my thoughts are why i purchased on sathya..i used to purchased on some other place very worst if this was happen to your home then only you can realise. otherwise you will see it as a just a complaint.
