I have purchased Hitachi1.5 (5 ⭐️) ac on oct ‘20.
As mentioned first three free services while purchase.
No follow up no proper response.
Waiting from Thursday for the 2nd free service.
No proper repose yet.
This is my second ac purchase from Sathya’s.
Last purchase I got it from (carrier 5 star in 2019)Karur by-pass and it was completely satisfying.
This time recent purchase I got it from Fort station road branch and no follow up no proper response after repeated home calls and messages.
