I wish to place on record the poor post sale service by sathya agencies. I bought Llyod LED 50 inch tv at medavakkam sathya agency on 28th jan 2022. To my surprise there was a display error on my new tv for which I raised a complaint two months back. First of all I am not happy that how a new TV can have this problem within 6 months. Am I given a faulty TV?
Service engineer attended the complaint and he said that the display needs to be changed and it will be covered under warranty. After 2 weeks, when I followed up with sathya agency again, they said that my complaint is resolved and closed. So again I raised another complaint for the same issue and the same service engineer came and again took my compliant. When I asked why my previous complaint was closed, he gave an unconvincing answer and went away.
Now looks like another service request is raised and it looks like my request is pending because of non availability of spare. It has been one month I am getting the same answer and hence I want to escalate this . If I don't have my request attended immediately I will be forced to raise consumer case under consumer protection Act 1986
Note : in the past six months, I have bought one washing machine, one tv, one ac in sathya and now I feel that I have chosen the wrong shop.
Expect to get a replacement of my repaired TV as soon as possible
