I bought Carrier 1 ton DURAEDGE 3K+ at Sathya on 1st August at West tambaram branch. After installation the air throw was not hitting the face at all. It was then confirmed by carrier service person that the model works the same way. If the sales person would have explained this point clearly then a different model could have been selected. When the same was explained over call to salthya people the response was not good. Still the sales person could not understand the model works in such a way. Totally upset on investing more than 30000. Till now they had never given a call themselves on this subject. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sathya Agencies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 14, 2015 BalamuraliKarthick.'s response Sathya West Tambaram Manager Mr.Karthick called to resolve the issue,. On listening to my complaint cleary, he asked me to come to showroom for checking out New AC of my choice as a replacement. Today i went to the showroom, to my surprise every person belonging to Sathya who i met the other day came to me and enquired on the issue with concern. The manager Mr.Karthick came and discussed with me and assigned a sales execvutive Mr.Sudha. He explained me again with more clarity this time regarding AC's. Finally i ended up in a different brand with my expectation of airflow design. The Manager gave a discount in the new model as well (That was really great). He did all billing procedures and completed the process. Finally they replaced with a new brand AC. Thanks to Mr.Karthick again for arriving at a smooth solution. Sathya can hold their customers with this approach of customer care.
