[Resolved]  Sathya Agencies — noise in vego air cooler

High noise is observed in replaced vego air cooler. I've done all the troubleshooting. Do check it.

On 25th mar'18. I've bought a vego air cooler in sathya agencies in the t. H road, old washermenpet, chennai branch. It was ok while tested in the showroom. But when it delivered to my home, the swing was not
Worked well. So i requested the replacement. They accepted it and replaced a demo piece to my home. But this time the noise issue prevails and it's irritating.

The showroom itself having only one piece with them. So there is no way to replace it. I don't have trust on this project and it's performance. So please correct it or repay my money. I've the attached the video for noise and bill details for your reference.

Dear Concern ( Head - Sathya Agencies),

As discussed in the call from Sathya agencies and the sales person, I've returned the problematic Vego thunder Air-cooler in that T.H road branch.

Then, they've written a refund notes on the bill and it has been denoted as the amount will relayed within three days. Refer the attached bill..

Fine, at that same time the asst manager and the salesperson said that they refund the money with 2% deduction. This is unlawful and unprofessional ethics. They are again and again making irrelevant statements inside the showroom which is not acceptable at all. I don't want to argue with them in that time.

Did I made any loss to your company..?? Not at all.. Infact am helpful till the end while returning the product to your showroom with my own money. Don't your sales person and that asst manager have any courtesy on the customer.. How can I buy or refer any future needs for my/their home.. It's upto to your behaviour only.

Ok. Let's make a point. I'm clear that I need a full refund of 6300rs without any deduction. That too why it should take three days..??
Pls make a note and transfer the money by tomorrow itself. They told me to do send a snapshot of account details. Here I attached the snapshot of the bill & account details and do needful & am waiting for your reply too. I prefer a call back once the mail reaches your inbox.
