Dear team,

We bought a fridge in purasaiwalkam branch last week 26/05/2018. Before billing we were informed to the sales person person as it's exchange process, however he couldn't mentioned in the bill. It leads to the old fridge has not been taken from home and he increased transportation cost also included in the bill. Before purchasing they giving false commitment for the sales. This is really unacceptable from the showroom. Kindly do your help on this. Please find the below bill details.

I bought a grinder before 6months.now while using I am getting huge noise and it's not working properly. Registering complaint for the past 1 month. Very worst response from sathya and also sowbaghya customer care. They don't value their customers at all.

    noise in vego air cooler

    High noise is observed in replaced vego air cooler. I've done all the troubleshooting. Do check it.

    On 25th mar'18. I've bought a vego air cooler in sathya agencies in the t. H road, old washermenpet, chennai branch. It was ok while tested in the showroom. But when it delivered to my home, the swing was not
    Worked well. So i requested the replacement. They accepted it and replaced a demo piece to my home....

    Dear sir,

    This is s. Malikunnisa from porur, chennai. I have bought a samsung led ua49mu7000 in the sathya expo held at chennai trade centre on 13.05.2018 vide their cash bill no. 6655 dated 13.05.2018. I have paid rs.21, 500/- on the same day and the balance through bajaj finserv. The tv was delivered on 17.05.2018 (Sathya's gst invoice no. [protected]) and installed on 18.05.2018.

    Since the installation was done in the evening time and we were in the pressure of completing the fasting formalities of ramadan, we failed to notice that the tv was not fresh packed and there was no transparent sticker on the tv screen and there was no tv specification sticker in the packing. We strongly feel it is a display unit and not a company packed.

    Having bought a product of samsung for an amount of rs.90, 000/- and i have been delivered with an old piece is completely dissatisfying me and it is creating a mental stress and agony, as you know that this is not a small amount to easily adjust or ignore. Till date i have not received the invoice copy from sathya agencies pvt. Ltd. And there is no proper follow up after sales.

    Hence, i request you to replace with a fresh product immediately to have a satisfied purchase of a samsung product.

    A line of reply on action is solicited.

    The problem has been resolved with utmost care. Mr. James who has marketed and sold the product to us has taken initiative to replace with another piece. Ms. Dhanalakshmi of Sathya's HO was kind enough to take up the matter to the head of the department and has done the needful. Mr. Bala of Sathya OMR was also helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you for the courtesy extended to us.

          On 03rd may myself purchase a lg led tv in sathya agencies showroom, that day they confirm about installation will happen on next day eod but till now there is no installation happen in my home. Myself directly contact to the concern person on 4th may they confirm that they will send as soon as possible but nobody came for installation and demo. Myself attached the stand and complete the same to run the tv. I never expect such a thing happen in sathya agencies, we are awaiting long period to install but no one take the responsibility to do the service after sales. They are thinking about sales only not for customer satisfaction and service. Very very poor.

            I have purchased hitachi window ac 1 ton at sathya agencies, velachery branch, chennai vide invoice no.[protected] dated 24.4.2018. At the time of purchased the sales representative mr. Selvam and ac sales in charge gave me an assurance that my old lg 1 ton window ac will be taken back and give rs.1500/- and finalised my purchase. While billing i asked whether they will mention about taking back the old ac in the invoice, they said it is not necessary and again told that as soon as the installation is finished their people will come take the old ac. One ms. Sathia of ac sales representative is also aware of this. The new ac installation finished on 25.4.2018 and i informed them and they assured that the old ac will be taken back immediately. Everyday i telephone them and even visited one day in person and they repeated the same word "sir, dont worry the old ac will be taken tomorrow. We will defenetely take the old item. On 30th april they informed the person who will take the old ac and gave me his phone number. His name is ram kumar. I even called him daily and he will politely reply that he is come today like that but never turns up. Today morning also i called him he said sir today my people are coming to velachery to take your old ac. But not responded. My question is why the famous organisation like sathyta could not solve the minor problems like this and which gives unnecessary torture to the customer. It is already 11 days when my old ac will be taken.

              Hi,

              I went to buy daikin ac model no atkl50xxx. I logged in saturday and logged in with hdfc for approval and all.

              I went to buy today as i was waiting for rental agreement as address proof from my owner. Now the person gangathar doesn't know the capable of handling the issue.

              I ordered daikin and hdfc finance also approved & he agreed for 40k on saturday, today he says he said for carrier, but not for daikin. And he is not the person to confirm the price & another person came & said that he is the in-charge for confirming the price & cannot be given.

              They said for 40500k, i also almost agreed and was discussing about stabilizer along with ac, then again the person came and sought with me by giving bad words we won't sell, you can go for other outlet, it is irritated me and i also fought back to him & ordered for the same price in vasant & co.

              Is this the way to speak with customer, without knowing the customer requirement, he has aligned another finance for different product even though my agreed product is already approved in hdfc on last saturday itself

              Worst worst service i never seen in such show room. Please take action immediately, else you may lose many customers.

              Now i ordered 40500k for ac, 4000 for double booster stabilizer in vasant & co & i liked very much how they handled the customer, even they told for single booster stabilizer, but i ordered for double booster because of their approach.

              Tv is getting restarted for every 15 mins automatically...we purchased this tv about 1 year ago in your agency along with ac.. ac had already been not worked for more than a month...but we sorted out that issue by an electrician known to us.. now tv is making an issue... Kindly make sure to sort out our TV issue as soon as possible ...

                I recently purchased carrier 1 ton with inverter ac but your technician person did not installed it properly and even the ac worked for 3 days and then its not getting power on, i went to sathya showroom and she suggest me to put power stabilizer but yet its not working and why the hell i need a stabilizer?                   One of the worst customer service you will ever see . We booked a Washing machine and Oven after being pestered by them (we were actually looking for different agency). Gave initial amount of 10k (thank god ) as an advance and registered the delivery details. It’s been 10days and we are yet to get our booked products. Went to the shop personally demanding the same and again they somehow convinced and sent us back . They were not agreeing to return the advance either. Still waiting for the same . Please think 1000 times before stepping into this ### agency.

                      Hi,

                      I'm jagadesan. I purchased a blue star ac at an expo organised by satya agencies on april 15. It was through capital first finance. I've submitted the documents as they requested to one of the satya agencies at arumbakkam, but they didn't get signature in loan documents. I was waited for them to call, but none of them called me nor the ac got delivered. 4 days later capital first employee called me to know the status of the document. Again he took 2 days time to get signature in the loan documents. I waited again until monday april 24, for them to call me but no one called me.in the mean i was trying to reach satya's customer care number, but their response is that "we will call you after checking withe the store" as of now no calls from them. It's a very worst service i never experienced before. I went to the showroom yesterday. They said it would be delivered on april 25 n a show room manager gave his number to follow with him. When i reached home he his not picking up the call. Texting me, stating to explain my query. Really fed up with their service.

                        Description of the Incident :
                        I purchased a New USHA -STELLAR Air cooler from Sathya Agencies Tuticorin on 31/03/2018.While purchasing they told it will provide enough cooling air and there option for swing.While swing there is option to split water is also there .After reaching home, switched ON and check it is not working as expected . Cool air is not at all coming from the cooler it is just working as a Normal FAN. The option for split water while swing is also not working .
                        When I called sathya agencies they replied it will work as this only and we never told it will give cool air or split water . Sathya agencies is giving false statement in selling the product to customer .Sathys agencies is not ready to send their service person to check the problem,

                        please take action to either repair the unit to function properly or take the unit back and refund the amount

                          I had bought a hitachi a. C on 11.08.2016. Sathia agencies supplied a syscom stabiliser with a. C and kept the warranty card with them. The stabiliser went out of order. Mr. Jegan the manager instructed to remove the stabiliser and carry to his store which is 13 km away. I did that on 31.03.2018 but he didn't give me replacement as assured over phone. His staff gave me in writing it will be delivered on 03.04.2018. But till today after repeated calls nothing done. I am without air con in my bedroom and frustrated. Incidentally it is second complaint against the same show room of sathia agencies

                          Today at 11.53 Ms.Jenita from customer relation department of Nagercoil branch called me and stated she will send stabiliser. Nothing happened as it is in last 22 days. Most of the time the customer relation Manager, Nagercoil mobile phone number is not answered under the poor leadership of branch Manager Mr.Jegan

                          Today at noon one Mr.Selvam from Sathia Agencies brought a Sakthi stabilizer and kept in my home in my absence. I had refused the same Sakthi stabilizer on 31.03.2018 but agreed to take V Guard Stabiliser which Mr.Jegan and Ms.Jenita refused to give. I have called Mr
                          Selvam to take back the Sakthi stabiliser. I am without air con in my bedroom now.

                          Mr.Selvam of sathia agencies took back the sakthi stabiliser on 26.04.2018 evening from home stating syscom stabiliser will be given. sathia agency NAGERCOIL show room keeping quiet after that. Today is 30th day after handing over the defective Syscom Stabiliser. My bedroom air con remains non operational.

                            Recently we have purchased 1.5t ac & stablizer (Vdi 400, v-guard). On installation & operation, we found the stablizer is not suitable for our home. My parents unaware about the equipment, after a week from purchase tried to return & replace it with higher model in 7 days as per my recommendation. The stablizer is in good condition as in package.

                            Yet, while inquiring your stores at ambattur, there way of response and service is in worst manner. Though we want to replace it with higher model because o[censored]nsuitability of the product, we felt cheated, unconvinced.

                            Really a worst response & not-at-all helpful to customer. Hereafter i would never buy anything and would definitely not suggest your store to anybody. Kindly don't take it in other way. It's because of the distress & trouble we faced with your service.

                            We have calling about fixing the from last two their is no response from thiruvanmiyur branch and people disconnecting the calls we feel worst the customer response.we have been calling all the numbers but no response disconnect ing the calls.

                                I have booked a 42" led smart tv in chennai trade center on 15th april 2018, with stahya agencies along with bajaj finance. Tv price is rs 34, 000.
                                I gave all the details the bajaj person asked me that day for processing. He just asked me aadhar card, credit card details, and took a photo and said bajaj fiance successfully processed after paying rs.900.

                                Next day i even received call from bajaj finance person stating for your new card we are providing various offers like that.

                                After 2 days waiting for delivery, upon calling the sathya checking the status they said waiting for do from bajaj and they would process it tomorrow.

                                Repeated the same next day and got the same response. No action taken.

                                Then again called today, they told documents pending like bank statement, id proof and they told me to bring them and submit in store.
                                When i went to store they told the concerned bajaj finance person is out and told to wait for 15 mins.
                                After that again waited for 15 mins. After 30+ mins of waiting they told my bajaj fianance process is rejected, which is a worst behavior from a showroom sathya agencies.

                                And then i asked for the refund of my initial amount 900 which i paid for bajaj finance and i got back. I had similar experience waiting for 1 &1/2 month for booking a owen in sathya through bajaja finance. Am a regular consumer who had bough 2 ac and 1 owen. Worst experience. Worst behavior.

                                  Greetings. I bought a onida 32inches tv through sathya agency rajapalayam at 7 months ago. Only 2 months the tv is running good after a small horizontal line came the centre of the display. Now the display came in black colour not to see a picture. I complainted your customer care service twice. One time your service person come and check and say the display is falt i inform my superiors then rectified that falt. But still now this problem not rectified. Kindly give help to rectify this problem...

                                      I brought one philips iron box in your purasawakkam branch last year end. It was not working and it is in warranty period. So, i approached your purasawakkam branch on 05/03/2018 and i gave my iron box in concern section. They also gave service job card on same day. She said after solving problem within two days you get confirmation call from sathya purasawakkam. So, i waited for the call from sathya. I did not receive any call from their side. After forty days i approached sathya purasaiwakkam branch personally and i asked my iron box, but nobody responding and not taking any action and i spoke sathya purasaiwakkam branch
                                      Manager sekar. He said immediately i will handover your iron box to your house directly. Still date, i did not receive my iron box.

                                      Your take serious action in this matter, otherwise i will approach consumer grievance cell for further action for keeping my iron box unnecessarily and very very bad customer service.
