In deep grievance I'm writing this, on 20.04.2023 around 8.00pm I have visited Sathya Showroom at 100ft road situated at Coimbatore for purchasing 2 Air Conditioners and I have finalized 2 IFB air conditioners and informed the sales executive Mr. Ajith Kumar and the manager that I will be doing the payment on the next day. Simultaneously on 21.04.2023 around 12.00PM I made the payment of Rs.70, 000/- [Rs.35, 000/- per AC] through my debit card in the POS machine. As per the executive, the Rs.35, 000/- consists of Rs.32, 500/- for the AC, Rs.1, 500/- for the installation charges and Rs.1, 000/- for the stabilizer.
After the payment, Mr. Ajith Kumar called me over phone and said that the installation charges has to paid to the person during the installation process. Later he has made a void sale transaction of Rs.70, 000/- through the same POS machine and informed me of the same. He also mentioned that the amount will be reversed to my account on the same day but I haven't received it. I waited for 5 working days upto 28/04/2023 and haven't received the amount. I asked the respective person executive multiple times and his reply was the same that he reversed it. Later I have lodged a complaint through your customer care and was also not getting any proper reply. Later I called Sathya agencies, 100ft road, Coimbatore branch and escalated the issue and Mr. George contacted me and promised me to that he will resolve the issue but after so many days he also didn't help me in receiving the amount and I haven't received the AC even.
I have also contacted my bank and their reply was that it is not able to take the complaint because they cant raise a complaint on the non credit of amount as my payment was successful and they also told me that the complaint should be raised from your bank side after verifying the status.
I am writing this complaint after so many tries as a last hope, kindly help me in getting the amount. I and My Father have purchased many household items from you like Washing Machine, 2 Televisions etc. Was this information helpful? |
