Hi, we bought OLED55C1PTZ TV on 08.03.2022 from sathya agencies in Ulundurpet branch. It's been year since we bought this TV. We're staying in a rent house so, we couldn't fix it on the wall. Now we're planning to fix it on a table so, we contacted the agency to fix it for us. But they're trying to charge us since it's been one year 10 days. Is this how sathya's customers are being treated? Atleast the must have handed over the parts to us when we bought the TV but they didn't .
