On April 8th I visited Pollachi sathiya branch to look for AC. Again on Sunday 9rh I visited showroom to confirm Hitachi AC. I said ll pay Payment through credit card next day that is Mon April 10th. So I visited showroom on Monday for making payment. Showroom manager said product serial no not received wait for 10 min. I waited for one hour from 5.30 pm to 6.30pm. Still they said serial no not received. He said TV serial no ll b given in bill and ask me to pay. I refused it. So he said leave now. If serial no came ll contact me and ll come straight with card machine for payment in my work place. Buy no call from them and no response till next day evening if I call them also. A girl pick up call said staff ll check and call back within few min and then no response. I totally upset. Is that 24hrs ll b taken for a serial no?... meanwhile I am getting continous call from a man in morning saying came to pick up old AC. How can I allow him ? No payment done or new AC received? Ibsaid no.Y so urgent. Nothing followed procedure. At 3 pm a man said waiting to delivery new product without payment done. I doubted and call back them. Sane girl picked up. I said going to complain then she connected to branch manager. So embrassing. He saying stores nothing convinced me. Later at 4.50 a staff came in auto and deliver AC with different serial no in bill and product. I again call back old AC man to uninstall AC he saying already I came morning u not allowed so diseal waste so I can't come u pay and uninstall with Some other or wait for another 2 days if anybody in my area book AC I ll come. See who are they to decide my buying decision? It seems they are customer and I to obey their instructions. Fully disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
