I brought a tv on 26 mar 2023 and got installed on 28th mar 2023, after couple of days the right edge started to have a dark white light in same intensity across for all image and scene, and after that started to get horizontal lines,
Informed to satya to get replaced Or refund as there store policy, but to my surprise they raise Samsung defect to get it fixed, which the team visited three times and acknowledge that one side is more. But they a response se as it is part of the product. So design flaw which is accepted bty Samsung and for vertical lines they said will update, no response efor couple of days and closed sayi g no defect I tv.
I reached satya they said they can only bridge Samsung service apart from that nothing they can do.
So now don't know what to do as showroom not responding even after acknowledge the defect by seeing the proof, central customer team also not following up and no proper service ticket satya have, we have to call them every time. On top Samsung is sayi g it is not a defect.
So it a disaster for me as a customer going into showroom as sathya to buy tv. I should have belived Amazon, flipkart and croma a trusty worthy dealer with right customer support.
