[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — sathya agencies- worst customer service and response - full of false commitments

Sowbaghya wet grinder bought @Sathya Agencies medavakkam stopped working on 09-Oct. Same problem 1 month back took 15 days, more than 30 times of calling and 2 times visiting showroom to send technician and resolve. This time complaint registered on 10-Oct and no support inspite of daily calling. Returned the product today- no escalation structure.

Faulty product was given to Sathya Agencies Medavakkam Showroom. Repair work completed and i was notified to collect the product back on 22-Oct.
