Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring you kind information that I have purchased PREETHI INDCOOK from Kulathoor on Oct’21 with in a couple of days I got problem in that product,

I given it for service that they said there is some issue we will check and provide you back but they taken it for nearly one month.

After some day it got again problem now it’s not at all working... again they asking for time.

I requested for replacement of product but staff informed has we have to check with manager... I tried to Spoke with manager but the staff not allowed me.
