Sathya Agencies — the worst behavior and attitude of sathya agencies staffs at karaikal

They took advance Rs. 3000 for iphone 17 promax on 17th September 2025 and they promised to deliver the product by one day, but they made me to wait for one week. No proper communication, even when we call also no proper respond. Finally, without any regret they told me to cancel my order by 23rd September 2025. Is this the attitude they show towards customers. Making them wait unnecessarily and just like that they cancel order.
Sathya agencies must take proper care for customer service. If they fail to do that, then better close the shop would be better. This is not my first worst experience with Sathya agencies, previously also they gave damaged Refrigerator and took long time to replace it.
