Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail to bring to your attention the highly disappointing and unpleasant experience I faced at your Sathya Agencies, Nehru Street, Puducherry branch. I have been a loyal customer of Sathya Electronics since 2013, but this recent incident has completely shaken my trust in your services.
On my recent visit to the showroom, I had planned to purchase a specific company refrigerator along with a water heater. When I requested the sales staff to show the model I preferred, they deliberately showed me a Godrej 330-litre refrigerator instead and continued to promote that product. Despite expressing my disinterest, I was pressured into purchasing the Godrej refrigerator against my wish.
After completing the Bajaj Finance formalities, I was assured that both products would be delivered on 26.10.2025. However, the delivery did not take place as promised. Even after several reminder calls, the refrigerator was delivered only on the night of 28.10.2025, and the water heater was not delivered at all.
In addition, I made repeated follow-up calls for warranty registration, but no action has been taken so far. On 30.10.2025, I personally visited the showroom to meet the Manager regarding my grievance, but I was unable to meet him. My call to his mobile phone also went unanswered. When I approached the cashier for help, he spoke very rudely and carelessly, stating that he was not responsible for deliveries and showing a highly unprofessional attitude.
Such behaviour from your staff is completely unacceptable from a reputed company like Sathya Electronics. As a long-standing customer, I expected professional and respectful service, but I have received the worst experience instead.
Due to this incident, I, along with my friends and relatives, have decided not to purchase any products from Sathya Electronics in the future unless proper action is taken.
I kindly request the Head Office to investigate this matter seriously, take appropriate action against the concerned staff, and ensure that my pending water heater delivery and warranty registration are completed at the earliest.
Please acknowledge receipt of this mail and share an update on the action taken.
