I've ordered wet grinder on last sat (19/10/2019). They told that free delivery not available, you have to come and get the product in store once we received new piece. I've requested not to deliver demo piece but they erased 'press' print on the grinder & done free delivered to home. If i went & ask abt this issue, they were telling story like, this piece ordered by someone else & delivered u wrongly.

Updated by poovarasan Mahendiran I got replacement with new product deliverd by next day. pls make sure this would not repeat to any customer going forward.
