We are from kottucherry, karaikal..we bought havells television on 10th april 2026...on that day, when we bought it, it was already very late that is 9.30 pm at night and the storeroom was very crowded, so the salesman asked us to go home and promised that they will contact us on 11th april 2026 to deliver and install the appliance without even giving us the bill except his phone number but we paid the full amount...on 11th april 2026 there was no call from them..so we kept on calling and asked for the bill and the appliance along with the technician for tv installment..finally the same salesman came at night to deliver the bill and TV to us..and he said that the technician from the service centre would come today or tomorrow...we waited till late night and then we contacted them again...instead of accepting their mistake they accused us for calling them frequently..is'nt that a customer rights??...then we waited again on 12th april 2026 for them.. they kept on telling that they will come soon but they failed..when we asked an explanation for this..they told that its sunday and we went to a function..but we didnt buy that appliance on sunday we bought it two days ago...now today is 13th april 2026...on the morning we called them, they told us that he is on the way to your home, just wait for 5 minutes...its already been 2 hours, still they are not coming...if this continues, we would have to drop the appliance at the showroom and fetch the money that we paid...is this how a showroom treats their customers..this is the first time that we bought an appliance in sathya karaikal and it feels like the worst experience ever...making their customers wait for a very long time without any proper communication from that side...
