On 25 jan 2018 i have purchased ao smith water purifier z8 model from reliance digital store bhimavaram, andhra pradesh. During my initial enquiry from people working at the store regarding installation and service they said vendor will provide service directly if he doesn't then we will install it on payment basis, they even insisted me to take 2 years extended warranty in which they said free installation and service is free from reliance. Till date i have not received any call regarding installation of the equipment at my home. From last 5 days i have been calling to customer relations manager mr amit and even talked to in charge marketing mr bhaskar. Now these people are saying that installation is no there from the vendor and they are not authorized to do the installation. Bluffing the customer with wrong information to some ho make him buy a product is becoming a fashion nowadays. Pls direct it to the concerned team and i will be happy if my issue gets resolved at the earliest.
