This is to bring to your notice that the bathrooms are very dirty and stinking, anyone could catch a infection soon. The situation is close to horrible where flushes are not working, especially ladies bathrooms. It is basic human need. Many while using it discuss and donot know the avenue to complain.

I have been visiting the thetre from few years spending money with them, but this kind of maintanence is definitely will result in loosing a loyal customer.
Also, there are other theatres which are charging less price but still keep their bathrooms cleans. I have tried complaining to manager who was drunk.
        Theatre is also unclean.

Being a multiplex tivoli is suppose to provide air conditioning in the corridors. I had to wait in the waiting area without air conditioning and it was very hot. When i asked a staff memeber of tivoli he told me to go and sit inside the theatre for AC.. as they would not provide AC in the corridor!

I have seen the makers of 'agnyathavasi' announcing that the movie is edited and mr. Venkatesh cameo scenes were included after sankrathi, 2018. The scenes were added on 14th i guess and i went to the film on 22nd. It was highly irritating and disappointing to me to see the same/unedited/old version released on jan10th even on 22nd. How can you screen the old version only when it was told to be re-edited?

I do not also understand how rs. 120/- is charged for such a small screen (3).

Not PVR, Not INOX, every multiples is looting the amount in the name of food.
Golcha cinema Jaipur is charging 3 D specks charges extra, RS 30 per specks.
As per the government law all 3 D movies should be giving 3 D glasses for free and should take them back after the show.
I complained this at the counter also but they denied.

              Hello,
This is with reference to an online booking on Bookmyshow and the booking ID - TVHY[protected]

On 14-Dec, I have booked 3 movie tickets on Bookmyshow.com for the Telugu movie "Pilla Nuvvuleni Jeevitham". The show timing that I had chosen was 14-Dec, 4:30PM. Each ticket was priced at Rs 120/- (exclusive of service and convenience charges levied by bookmyshow). I have four issues that I would like to report in this forum and definitely seek answers for -

              1. Our online ticket and the SMS message that we get after booking tickets online, gave the details of booking as Tivoli Cinema: Hyderabad (TIVOLI Screen 3), and seating numbers as GD-E5, E6, E7. When we reached the theater we were shocked on seeing that the screen was the smallest screen ever in Hyderabad !! I believe the screen was smaller than 35mm. The experience of watching the movie was completely disgusting as it was like watching it at home on a 55inch television screen. My first question is - Why did Tivoli not mention clearly on the website of bookmyshow that the size of the screen is absolutely small, so that I, as a customer, can choose if I wish to watch movie in that theater instead of an unwelcome rude shock after reaching there?

              2. The charge per ticket was Rs 120/- (excluding convenience and service charges). Most A class theaters in the city (Prasads, PVR Cinemas, BIG Cinemas, Cinemax, INOX etc) are charging Rs 150 per ticket (excluding service and convenience charges levied by bookmyshow). How could Tivoli, with such an extremely small screen, thought reasonable to charge Rs 120/- per ticket when the screen size was simply 1/4th of the size that is in the above theaters ?

              3. I feel utterly deceived by the act of Tivoli since I had spent Rs 120 on each ticket for a move watching experience that is equivalent to watching it on a big television at home. How will the experience of the tiniest screen justify the huge amount that I had paid for ? Is there any association that looks into this and ensures that such theaters or screens are banned from public screening of movies so that no customer will be cheated ?

              3. I did not approach the management of Tivoli with this issue since I wanted to put it on a larger forum so that cinema theater association (if there is any) becomes aware of this and bans screening of movies in Screen 3 of Tivoli.
              4. In addition to these I believe I have completely wasted a total of valuable Rs 406/- for three tickets (Rs 360 for three tickets, plus internet handling charge of Rs 20.22) and this is totally because of the recklessness of Tivoli in failing to put disclaimers on website so that consumers are aware of what they can expect when they are spending money for it.

Tivoli theater has worst services for the cost of ticket, with no Ac or fan switched on during hot summer afternoon also the print of the movie is of very low quality. On top of it there are rats and insects crawling all over the place, under your seat. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. If big names as Tivoli can have such services we can expect more from others too.
