Savaari Car Rentals — Cheated by Savaari

I had booked a cab from Savaari wed site to the airport using their website on 26th Jun for a drop on 27th Jun. The website mandated me to pay the entire amount of Rs.900/- for the travel. After payment the process was completed and I got a booking reference no. as well as an acceptance SMS confirming the booking. The SMS also read I would get the driver and related details before 2 hours of the booking time. On 27th Jun, I waited for the SMS to come but nothing happened till 15mins prior to the booking time. I received a call from some one claiming to be from Savaari and said they tried hard but failed to arrange a call. I argued with them in vain and asked him about the payment. He said it will be done in 24 hours. Keeping their tradition intact there is no word about it till now. I have called their call center consistently each day to follow-up for my money. Each time I only hear it will take 5 days. I am not sure how many more 5days it would take to get my refund. Tired of the follow ups I decided to share my displeasure will all through this feedback. I am certain that Savaari is not worried about all this and they dont want to give any cab service but are cheating people by taking prebooked cash and not returning it to them. I am planning to write to the police department about this cab service will all proofs anyhow, if at all it helps
