I, Deepali Mishra, am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order placed with your platform, which was to be delivered through your logistics partner.
As per the tracking details, the shipment status shows that a “delivery attempt” was made. However, no delivery agent visited my address or contacted me in any manner. This indicates a false update and constitutes a clear deficiency in service as well as an unfair trade practice.
I was present and available at the delivery address throughout the day, and no genuine attempt was made to deliver the product. This negligence has caused me inconvenience, unnecessary delay, and mental distress.
I hereby request you to:
- Arrange an immediate reattempt of delivery on priority basis
- Provide a written explanation for the false delivery attempt
- Take appropriate action against the concerned delivery personnel
- Ensure such incidents are not repeated
If this issue is not resolved within 7 days of this notice, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further by initiating formal proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, at your risk as to cost and consequences.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
