I purchased Bras on 30/10/2025, there is no order ID on your app hence I have provided the tracking number and snapshots of order details and paid ₹2157. On delivery I found low quality cheap products. At the time of purchase the item was described as high quality bra, and the size mentioned was not appropriate on your app, but instead low quality cheap bras I am also concerned that the price paid 2157 is not justified by the quality, and I was charged very high amount for such low quality cheap 100 rupees products. The pictures you showed on your website is not at all accurate compared to the products you sent.

I requested return/refund on 10/11/2025 via chat option on your app. However, the customer service representative Mr. Sachin has refused the request citing non-refundable policy, which is unfair given the item is defective/not as described.

I request the following resolution:
Full refund or replacement of product
Pickup of the item at your cost (if required)
Written confirmation of resolution within 7 business days

If this is not resolved satisfactorily I will resort to consumer-redress mechanism under the Consumer Protection Act and will share my experience publicly (social media/consumer portals).
