I placed order #S011260610202731098001 with Savana for 6 items and made full payment in advance. However, upon delivery, I received only 2 items—a black A-line dress and a black T-shirt—while 4 items were missing, despite the order being marked as fully delivered on 19 June.
I immediately raised a complaint from the following day and have been continuously following up since then. During my initial conversation with customer support, I was instructed to raise a return request by selecting the option that the items were not received. Based on this guidance, I proceeded accordingly. However, the process became confusing when a pickup executive arrived to collect items that were never delivered to me in the first place. The return request was later closed without any proper resolution.
Since then, I have repeatedly received back-to-back return notifications for the same missing items through the app, despite clearly informing Savana multiple times that these products were never received. This has caused unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and distress. Its is repeating for 3rd time
What is most concerning is the lack of proper investigation and resolution. Despite daily follow-ups, I have only been asked to wait 24–48 hours repeatedly, with no meaningful update or solution provided. After nearly 5 days, refunds were processed only for the lowest-value accessory items worth 79+113 rupees. However, no refund or proper resolution has been provided for the two dresses worth ₹1, 691 and ₹1, 011, which remain unresolved.
I have already paid for all items, and while Savana claims that all 6 products were packed together, I genuinely received only 2 items. The parcel also appeared unusually small, raising serious concerns regarding packaging and delivery handling.
This matter reflects clear deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair business practices. I have faced financial loss, repeated inconvenience, unnecessary mental stress, and significant time wasted in constant follow-ups without resolution. I request immediate refund of the pending amount for the undelivered items along with appropriate compensation for inconvenience caused.
