This is to bring to your notice that an amount of rs, 1730/- has been dbited to my credit card without bank sending a otp which looks like a fraud need help on this rajesh thakkar ctc [protected] .

The amount payable for the offer was rs.50/- and that too it would have been after getting the otp how than the credit card gets debited.

How do i get this money back

I have seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . It has been displayed 6 movie ticket only 50rs. I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only, I haven't enter any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i recieved a text msg that the amount got deducted.
Evn this indicates the loophole in banks capability also.Plz help us and block this kind of websites.

Hello, Today 16/08/2014 I have received 1 Promotional Mail from SAVETHEDEALS. Enjoy 6 cinema tickets for INR50. so i purchased it and they asked my bank detail ATM card Number etc. But instead of INR50, they deducted1730 Rs from my Account and there is no deal was given.so please look into the issue .It's a frdulent company. Hello Guys, I just got an mail regarding savethedeals.in, it is mentioned that by giving 50 rupees u will get some offers in food items, So i thought it is just 50 and i will take one risk.So i entered the card details (Name, Card No, Expiry, CVV) after that no OTP came or page also not shown about OTP. If OTP page had shown then u can see the amount to be deducted, but as the page not came and automatically 1730 deducted from my credit card. As per rule with out OTP/Password they should not proceed for transaction, Bcoz if they have the details then they can do the same fraud so many times. SO If this happened 1st u block the card u used for this and inform the bank I informed to HDFC bank and they will verify and they wl do actions.So all u inform about ur case to your respective banks so that they will take necessary steps. So Guys be aware of this... Dont go for this site and and dont do any transactions.

I have registered for save the deal offer because it has been showed in their advertisement that 1700/- voucher get for super market purchase for only 50/-. But after registration the company has deducted 1730/- from my bank account then and there without any information. I don't need any offer, I want my money back. I clicked on link, then I entered the debit card details only, I haven't enter any ICICI Debit Pin or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction. How can we aware of this fraud activities. Please Solve this complaint, how can be possible this type of wrong debit amount. Do needful for this fraud.

I was received an advertisement in saying 6 movie tickets in Rs.50. I clicked on it. I was asked for credit card information. thinking that I will be charged Rs. 50, I entered the information. To my surprise, i got the SMS that Rs.1730 has been debited from my ICICI Credit. I have written an email to this effect but there is no response. This is their way of be-fooling the people.

Sir already i launched a complaint regarding my loss of money, they started to promote the offers through facebook and other websites, kindly take steps to stop the company... and their promotions... so that we can save others from losing their money... please take effective steps as early as possible... its a humble request

I received an email from savethedeals.in saying 6 movie tickets in Rs. 50. I clicked on it. I was asked for debit card information. As per the standard procedure for CREDIT card transactions for SBI debit cards, it asks for 3D Secure Password but as I entered the debit card information I received an SMS that Rs. 1730 has been debited from my debit card without any OTP or 3D secure page... I have written an email to this effect to savethedeals.in but there is no response. This is their way of be-fooling the people...please help me in getting my money back by esclating the issue with both savethedeals.in SBI my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com
