[Resolved]  Sbi Credit Card Pvt Ltd — credit card misuse

Sir,
I used sbi credit card till december 2017, the card number is [protected],
On 2nd january 2018 my card was misused (Online fraud) on the name of shoppaytm paytm
Mumbai, i did not use onetime pass ward at that time and 4 transactions each rs5000/- have
Been done in a mint, i got message rs 20, 000 was spend from my card, i looked into my online
Account found rs2000/- was spend, before transactions my outstanding was around rs 42000/-, after transactions outstanding was rs 62000/-, the maximum limit of card was only rs57000/-, the sbi team allowed to draw more than limit.
I gave complaint to customer care, explained about fraud and requested to block
The card, they accepted they told they would solve this problem in two months, and they asked
To release new card, i told to release new card after solving the problem but they released
New card new card number is [protected], but i could not use new card till now.
I gave complaint to customer service on email [protected]@sbicard.com. I waited for
Two months, again forward the complaint, but they are generating the bill on total
Amount rs62000/- on the new card number, i paid rs 9500/- on 24th jan 2018, rs 5000/- on
20th feb 2018, i stopped paying because of no reply. On 3rd march they sent reply that i used
Onetime pass ward and to pay money, i asked them it is not possible to use 4 transitions in mint
And how did they allow more than limit, and i asked merchant details, they could not give
Replay. I gave online police complaint on that fraud. And on february 7th they debited rs1649/-
On the name of cpp assistance without my permission after asking they credit the amount on
14th.
On their requesting and to clear my previous outstanding and to settle this problem i paid
Rs10020/- on june, and rs3200/- on 13th aug.
Again i stopped paying, on the month of october they called to settlement, they accepted
For rs22000, according that i paid rs10300/- and to pay remaining after receiving settlement
Letter. At that time total outstanding was around rs62000/- they are adding huge rate of
Interest, annual fee charges, late fee, over limit fee, these are all including around rs8%,
Means the rate of interest is around rs10 per month, and they are adding interest on
Continuous rate system.
After some days they are asking to pay total money, and they told they have
Evaluated my complaint related to settlement. Till now i have paid rs38000/- from my
Outstanding
But they are asking to pay total outstanding.
I have some documents, verbal records.
They are harassing me to pay that money.
So please solve my problem.
