Sbi Credit Card Pvt Ltd — fraudulent of invalid welcome gift voucher of 500 inr

Updated by Pramod Yadav I got a welcome gift voucher worth 500 INR from sbi credit card. It had one year validity. The voucher i recieved was invalid. I raised a complaint against invalid voucher for 4 times but the voucher i recieved again and again was invalid . 13 december 2019 was the last validity date of voucher. I gave a call on that day for 5 to 6 times to customer executive and when i say the story about all the issue and when they come to know about validity, they use to keep me hold and then they hang up the phone.

Even i have raised a complaint against the customer executive for hanging up my call without clearing my issues.

This is the reference no of complaint againsf three customer executive for hanging up call three times without clearing my issues. The customer executive who lodged the complaint also did the same thing as earlier three executive did.
