1) just now i had spoken with Mr Prasad, in customer care cell.He is talking with a very low voice and could not hear properly.After informing the same to him, then he will talk loudly for few words and again with low voice. I think he is conserving the energy in talking with customers. Pl.correct him and do the needful.
2) My main problem is my mobile number was not updated in sbirewardz profile. I have changed at the branch around 3 months back and given kyc documents at branch around 2 months back.After 21days checked with rewardz customer service, they told not updated and asked me wait for few days.Again telephoned today and got the reply as wait few days.pl.help me in updating my mobile number in rewardz profile.
