I have booked one item #RICC_4396 (praylady cookware set 3 ply 7pcs). I
have paid the required balance freedom points using my debit card.
Transition details from bank a/c statement is given above.
The price of the item Rs. 1799.73 (equivalent freedom points 7198.92),
my freedom points 3219.58, the rest balance freedom points 3379.34
(equivalent price 844.835) which i paid using my SBI debit card XXXX
XXXX XXXX 4422.Till date neither I have received my item nor got my money back. I have
enquired many times through their call centers as well as emails.
