1) just now i had spoken with Mr Prasad, in customer care cell.He is talking with a very low voice and could not hear properly.After informing the same to him, then he will talk loudly for few words and again with low voice. I think he is conserving the energy in talking with customers. Pl.correct him and do the needful.
2) My main problem is my mobile number was not updated in sbirewardz profile. I have changed at the branch around 3 months back and given kyc documents at branch around 2 months back.After 21days checked with rewardz customer service, they told not updated and asked me wait for few days.Again telephoned today and got the reply as wait few days.pl.help me in updating my mobile number in rewardz profile.

    I have ordered a blue tooth speaker through online by using SBI redeemed points 4484 value of Rs.1121 on 30.06.2019. But the merchant not send material to me.So I kindly consider my complaint and recredit my redeemed points to my account.

      Dear Sir
      I have given order on sbi Rewardz point portal Syska Wireless Bluetooth Earphone with Mic Model H15. They send us chinese earphone defective peace on 2nd July 2020. After three times calling they didn't have given satisfactory reply. I am afraid and disappointed to know they had cheated with me .
      Please find attached product snapshot which I have received
      I have purchased Syska wireless Bluetooth Ear phone on dated 25/6/20 and received on dated 2nd July .I have received local Chinese brand and defective peace Bluetooth microphone does not work . I am afraid and feel cheating . Sbi is most valuable and responsible bank please help needful.

        I redeemed my rewards point for recharging my dish TV, points are deducted after giving the OTP which was send to my registered mobile number, but a flash message was seen in my device screen that your transaction is not confirmed. Where is going my points? If it was not confirmed then points should be returned to my account. So it's my cordial request please do needful as soon as possible, because 5 days over. It was not showed in transaction history also.

            I recharged my airtel number using sbi debit card through sbi rewardz app on 4october 2019 around 5pm... Money got deducted from my account but haven't received any recharge in my mobile.. I tried to contact the customer service number but neither they replied my mail nor could reach through call... Feels like being cheated... Do have a look in this matter...

              Hi i am holding account no [protected] in state bank of india i am unable to register in my rewards account its stating my contact details are not updated i contacted my bank i was told its updated and upon my complaint to sbi cms i was indicated to mail you up so please see in my case and reply
              I have sent this email but the email address given to me turned out to be incorrect
              Upon sending email i was give a status

                M. Venugopal-sbi a/c number-[protected]. Unable to register to sbi rewardz, as the phone number-[protected] is not updated to rmn of bank. So otp while registering is going to old number. On complaining it is suggested by rewardz team to submit kyc again to home branch. Very sorry state of affairs. Uptodating the details of customers is their responsibility. Pl do the needful.

                  I redeemed 2028 points on 17.12.2018 for purchase of a copper mug from my SBI REWARDZ POINT which I earned through my SBI account.But till date I have not received the same. My account has been debited with 2028 point. They are not responding over phone. I lodged a complaint to them on 18.01.2019 which till remain unattended. SBI REWARDZ.COM is silent regarding the matter.

                        my id no is [protected]...i recharged my mobile through sbi redeem points. i did a recharge of 50 which account 200 points.earlier i had 421 points...so it should be 221 point nw..however it is showing 21 point only...i didn't recharge twice.....but in the redeem history it is shoing twice....i got one mail from the company that recharge is successful.


                        kindly look in to the matter.

                          I have use 200 points for recharging my mobile on 1 st of august but the charging was not successful then i lodge my complain to the concerned department but till 14 of october i have got my points back as they told that the sake will back in my account within 7 days all are playing name on the logo of SBI the bank should also think of this my id is [protected]
