sir my id# [protected] , on[protected] i have redeemed my sbi rewards points under merchandize items(wooden key chain),
my booking id is 33147,
i have not yet received the above item from sbifreedomrewarz so far,
on the other hand they are showing it delivered.

I have use 200 points for recharging my mobile on 1 st of august but the charging was not successful then i lodge my complain to the concerned department but till 14 of october i have got my points back as they told that the sake will back in my account within 7 days all are playing name on the logo of SBI the bank should also think of this my id is [protected]

I redeemed points for ordering a body spray. I received an empty body spray container. The liquid had been taken out from the container by puncturing it before shipping to me.
