Policy no., [protected]. "shub nivesh". Paying fully 5 annual instalments rs.175525, i was offered with only rs.136961 only. With the conversation over the phone on 26 — 2-2016 evening, i was informed that the remaining amount will be returned as 150000, after my 100th year. This information was not given to me when they canvassed the policy. At this juncture, i am running out of financial strength also in a critical situation of paying my daughter"s college fees. I planned only this investment even 5 years ago. I am also going to retire within this year without a single paise as pension. Hence i want to withdraw the whole life plan coverage and give me the money back. There is no other go for me. Please don"t make me an educated beggar. Hope to get a favourable reply soon. Thanks.,

    Dear sir i started from beginning in may-june 2013 my daughter was preparing for her further study in abroad. that time i have some funds in my SBI account and i paid my daughter education fees left some good bal in my account. After paying fees he approach me to invest some money in SBI life and he get some bank voucher signed and kept himself. i dont know what type of vouvher they are, suddenly on 10/07/2013 i was busy at regional passport office dehradun for my daughter passport at 18.30hrs. he phoned me my mobile then telling me that he took out money from my account. i told him dont do that when came back home i will pay him but he did it at his own. then he take my money without my consent and issued the time lock policy to me. later i realize the installment for policy was 100000.00 yearly which one i cannot afford. please help me out from this mess up and assist me to get my money refund.

            Dear sir, I am having a SBI life money back policy. As per the policy I should be getting back a certain amount at regular intervals say 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th and 20th year. The 1st survival benefit should come to me during on Sep-2011 and the next survival benefit should come on Sep-2015. SBI disbursed me the 2nd survival benefit in Sep-2015 directly in to my account but I didn't get my 1st amount for Sep-2011. When I checked with them why I didn't get the 1st amount, they said its already disbursed and I received that also and they sent some speed post reference number also POD no EM[protected]IN. But I don't remember that i really received it and to make sure I checked all my accounts and came to know that I didn't receive any such amount. I told them to give some proof that I really received it. When I ask for the proof, they are saying that I didn't receive and asking me to send the cancelled cheque to process the payment. I was asking them why they are not sending any communication like emails, letters or at least a SMS to the customer when some amount is disbursing in all my 10 emails but they are not ready to reply even for a single time. Instead they are replying everything in one word answer. Whatever you ask in pages, they will send some vague reply as if they don't see anything in the email or they don't understand it. They are not accepting that they didn't give the benefit. Instead they are saying I didn't receive my first survival benefit. But the actual is SBI didn't pay the amount and not informed me also so far. I was there in my address only for the past 10 years and I didn't get any speed post from SBI. I should have received this survival benefit 4 yrs before. It clearly shows that SBI is trying to hide the amount and then revealing it after asking for the proof. I should get the survival benefit for the 4th year along with the interest for these 4 years period in to my account as this is the fault from your side or else I'll escalate this issue to high levels. Also I should get communications for all the releases regularly. I made several complaints through their email address. They said I will be receiving the amount but they did not mention anything about the interest which I should get for that even after 2 or 3 emails during the last one month. Then I escalated it to the Grievance redressal officer also but it is of no use. I didn't get any reply after a week. It is really very hard to imagine the people in rural areas to get their hard earned money back from these insurance companies in such scenarios. All should better avoid it. A lesson learned. My policy number is [protected] Money Back - Option 3 This is not a fair customer service and it is a very poor service I experienced. Hope to get some good feedback at least now.             I have received the amount of Rs.30362. Thanks. But what is the work out for this amount??I have not received this amount for 4 years. I should have received this amount 4 years back.If you calculate the interest for 4 years how much I should get in that case, even with a very small interest rate also I should have got something around 6000 to 9000 Rs for Rs 30000.I have clearly explained you that all these delays are from your side without any intimation, in my previous emails. Suppose if the same thing happens from the customer side will the SBI will leave that as such?? For example if we dont pay the premium for 4 years and will you give us all the benefits if we pay after 4 years?? Also I mentioned so many things in my email but you are wantedly ignoring all the questions i asked and replying without any concern. This shows how good SBI life insurance gives value to the customers.I should get a proper response for all the queries I asked including the intimation why you are not sending to the customers if there is any dispersal. Or else I will approach to high level even I would ready to approach legally if I dont get proper response from you side.

            I have to pay my premium on 1st of Jan every year for 12 years.

            first premium on 1st 2014
            Second premium on 1st 2015
            Third premium on 1st 2016

            When can I get my first survival benefit. As I paid three instalment on time. I mean after how many months from my 3rd instalment.

            It depends on your policy. For me it is after 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 years. You have to check your policy for your return time.

                Hello Sir/Madam, I would like to complaint about fraud agent you have in SBI life insurance. I had taken SBI SUBH NIVESH policy on dated 17th Feb 2015. Below are the policy details: Customer no: 38103261 Policy no:[protected] Agent details: Mrs. Sangeeta Thukral(IA Code:[protected] Phone no: +91 [protected] Agent told me that you need to pay 50000rs for 7 years and you will get approx amount of 6 lakhs rupee after 7 years of maturity. But when I received policy document it is mentioned that you need to pay 50000 rs for 8 years and you will get approx 5 lakhs rupee after maturity. At that time I called agent from which I buy this policy and they told me that they will correct soon. I believed on agents word but they didn't corrected this. Due to my job i need to traveled a lot. Due to this I am unable to complaint to SBI customer care. When I visited SBI life insurance office at Borivali west Mumbai, they told me that they can not do any thing on this and they will not do refund of the amount.                     I, Sumansmita Sahoo and my husband Mr. Sarbjeet Singh had taken the Shubh Nivesh Policy, Policy Numbers [protected] & [protected] respectively. But we realized that, the policy returns promised to us by the agents were not even close to the real possible returns as mentioned in the Policy documents. Also, we were surprised to see that the calculation page in our policy document were shrinked and printed which made it unreadable and had our Signatures Forged! We could not judge it as signature forged in the 15 days period after receiving policy document so could not cancel it then but now when we showed it the life insurance people refuse to cancel and return our money!

                      Hi,

                      I have been told by the Agent that the policy term is 7 years and the the premium to pay is 7 lacs (1 lac every year upto 7 years) and the sum assured is 10 lacs. He also told me that I will get a guaranteed bonus of 6% on the sum assured and with that, I can withdraw the amount in 8th year with total maturity benefits of 11.42 lacs guaranteed. Then I paid the first premium of 1 lac on 30th september using my credit card. Even after 1 month, I did not any call or msg from SBI and after I insist the agent, finally I got some confirmation from SBI Life with my proposal number. At last, I got the policy document on 7th Nov. I wonder to see the policy term is 15 years and the illustration of the premium and benefits is not been signed by me and was actually signed by the agent. and the sum assured was 12.71 lacs and also the policy commencement date is 30th October though i paid the premium on 30th sept. The agent provided me complete wrong information and cheated me. Now I dont want to have the policy and want to cancel the policy. Please let me know the process asap.

                        This is to submit that I Dr. Meenakshi Chopra bought an insurance Policy no. 1NO32017806 Product Name-: SBI Life-Smart Money Back Gold from a sales excutive Divya Aggarwal by Distance Marketing claiming to be assosciated with SBI Life Insurance. She told me that I would get 4 Money Backs of 15% of the sum insured every 3 years and at the end of the term of 15 years I would get sum insured and bonus as survival benifit. And this was communicated to me by a number of people claiming to be your executives confirming the purchase of this policy by me. I received the policy document in late september 2015 by speed post as I had changed my residence. When I read the document I found to my horror that at the end of the term of 15 years I shall get only 50% of the insured amount and bonus as survival benifit. This is clearly a case of mis-selling of a product by your sales executives. I have phone records to prove that it was said repeatedly sum insured and bonus as survival benifit. Also the application form has my forged signatures which is criminal and very objectionable. I want to SURRENDER THIS POLICY as it was sold under wrong pretext and lies and WANT YOU TO REFUND THE MONEY I HAVE PAID AT THE EARLIEST. Thanks

                            Dear sir, my self phoolchand bohar i am 33 year old age right now. i want to tell about sbilife insurance company ltd. Wherin i had regesterde my self to get 30 year tearm insuranc plan from sbilife company, when i regesterd my self i was 32 year old age in the month of july 2015 and company employee / advisor had said to me that company will issue your policy within 7 days after you pay 1`st primium he had said to me also that company will not take any medical test charges from you becuse we are applaying on line by my tablet /pc. i did so as requirment.i paid money on line by EFT mode also.medical test and call verification procedure had done in the month of july2015 but still company didn`t issue my policy within 7 days.when i inquired about my policy to company employee/advisor that time he says to me that you have got 33 year old age right now from 1'st August 2015. you will have to pay extra primium 8415/- instead of 7473/- and further year too.that time i refused their new praposal and i said to companey that please return my policy amt. because of it wasn`t in condition that time companey said to me that we will return your money after deduction of medical test charg. But sir it wasn't in condition also. Sir so many time hasbeen taken by company to full fill rest formality. it was companies fault not my fault and why i bear extra primium per year for companies delay.                                 I would like to inform you that the death claim intimation was informed to sbi life on 17th dec 2014 for the policy no [protected] and as per irda guidline sbi life must take decision within 6 month and but today 26th august 2015 i have received mail from pranali sbi claims team that it is under process, how some one believe that within 6 month of irda rule sbi life did not take decision, i am very dis appoint that sbi life violated irda rules and for this i would seek the cancellation of sbi life license.

In few month's I did the Flexi Smart Insurance policy from SBI Life Insurance company Limited. This policy no is[protected] and Proposal No. 56QJ216807 and Customer Id is 33878268. This policy name was Mr. Biswajit Roy and has been issued on 27/09/2013. This Reference Number: SR No. 4787284 & IRDA Token Number:[protected] Yesterday I have calling PVP KUMAR ( Vice President - Policy Servicing & Client Relationship) & telephone no is[protected] but he misbehave to me. I inform you sir that I could't submitted all premium copy of SBI Life Insurance in government office because duplicate premium copy of SBI Life Insurance is not valuable for income tax department. So I am helpless. I spent many time but ultimate result is zero. *That's why I decided That I want to close my **Flexi Smart Insurance policy and Your's responsibility to return money with interest (9%) 32, 500 rupees. Interest (9%) of 32, 500 rupees has been transfer to my bank account immediately. If you don't take action immediately that is why I am so satisfied that SBI Life Insurance company is a very very *Frot Frot Cheat*. I am waiting for this replied.
