      I have paid the premium against my policy no- [protected] of rs, 8080.00 n the month of[protected] .In spite of repeated request to the bank i am not getting the money receipt. It is urgently require for submitting to my employer to calculate the it rebate. Pls arrange to send the same to my mailing address and soft copy to my mail [protected]@gmail.com

        I have taken RINN raksha insurance. premium has been taken as a loan
        from SBI, for which i have a rinn raksha account #[protected].

        On Jan 29th 2015, 30, 619 rupees has been debited from this account
        [protected] as a first premium of the policy . It been 18 days and
        i have not received policy document/premium receipt.

        When asked to RACPC Kormangala Bangalore, They said they have dispatched the application for policy
        on 29th Jan 2015 and gave form #[protected], and said they cannot help
        anything beyond this.

        When asked to SBI LIFE, they said they have not received the application from loan branch, and said go and ask loan branch that is : RACPC Kormangala Bangalore.

        When i wrote a concern to [protected]@sbilife.co.in All i fot was an automatic reply saying, You need to
        register your emailid with your policy number, only then we could be able to help you.

        Now when i have not received policy document itself with me, where the hell should i go to track it.

        my last day of submission of claims for tax benefits was on 16th Feb 2015. Its already over. Now i have lost the tax benefits for 30, 619 rupees. premium paid,

        Idemand SBILIFE to incur for my tax paid for this 30, 619 rupees.

        or give me premium recepit with date April 2015.

          Not getting SBI Life Insurance Swadhan Policy Number, Policy Bond and Premium Receipt

          Dear sir,
          I have one policy of SBI Life swadhan insurance scheme through State Bank of India Branch-.No.1104, 2nd Floor, 24th Main Road, 1st Phase, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078.+[protected], 26657204

          Later I transferred my account to kakinada branch, andhra pradesh.

          This Policy premium deducted by ECS, My SBI Bank SB Account No: [protected]. for continous from 2011 to every half year Premium Amount Rs.2807/-Direct Deducted. But i have not received the Policy Number, Policy Bond and Premium Receipt till today. so i request you to send it as soon as possible to my address as well as to my email...

          Recent deduction: 01/10/2014, To transefer P[protected] [protected] Tr for DDR SBI-LIFE.

              Policy No [protected] shubh Nivesh was sold to me on 22.01.2010 by the broker he then assured me that I shall get bonus every year this is a traditional policy having no market risk and even after maturity your policy will continue for your whole life without any extra premium to pay after maturity so I took this policy and in 5 years I paid Rs 25000 @ Rs 50000.00 per year now on maturity they have paid me only 173000 not even my original basic amount Rs 250000 has been paid to me so I am feeling badly cheated now they are telling that your nominee after your death will get Rs 153000 as such I request the forum to get me justice so that at least I get my basic money without any interest of 5 years

                  Cheating Agents at SBI Life Insurance.

                  Hi Guys, I was cheated by one of the SBI agent.The Agent never provided all the information before taking the policy.He told that I can cancel the policy at any time and i will get the amount on the date of cancellation.I got money problem and asked to customer care to cancel my policy and give the amount.They told me like they can't cancel it until 5 years.I suggest all the SBI customers to don't consult Agent's before taking policies...

                    Fake money receipt vide number KTU/IP/7503 of premium deposit Rs. 15000 has been issued by SBI life, Kota Rajasthan Branch on 31st March 2009 (Receipt attached for ready reference). The amount was deposited in the form of DD by my senior agent Mr. Vikas Sharma of Kota branch. It is on SBI Letter Head and bears the round seal of the office, DD No., and signature of Cashier. But ignoring all this and treating it as normal, I have complained one by one to all higher authorities of SBI life but in vain. It is out of imagination that a company like SBI Life can dare to issue "fake money receipt" without any fear. It may be only SBI Life where there is no body to investigate properly and seriously into the scandal. In these circumstances, I would be having no alternate but to lodge FIR in the Police Station at the entire risk and cost of SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd.                       That I being the holder of SBI life insurance policy no.[protected], issued a post dated cheque for premium of the said policy on 27/09/2014 thr Mr. Jeet Verma agent SBI life bearing no. 060634 amounting to rs 10179.00 of dt. 06/10/2014 the cheque issued was from my firm ac whose sole proprietorship is in my name . that every year I issue the premium chqs from this ac. that to my utter surprise that the sbi life didn't present my chq for encashment to my bankers . that on receiving a call from your Chandigarh office that my said policy is to lapse due to non payment . I was indeed dismayed by the irresponsible and callous approach of Sbi life Chamba, I had a telephonic talk with your BM Chamba who did not have tenable and convincing reasons to justify their irresponsible attitude this reflects the poor state of affairs and utter chaos prevailing in your Chamba office, I was left with no other option but to transfer the premium amount online to ensure renewal of my policy.

                        Hi, I took a policy from SBI Life Insurance two years back. When agent came to my place to brief on the policy and to take the cheque, I told him that we will be making the payment for premium on monthly basis as that is what we could afford at that time. He pursuaded us to make first payment as lump sum amount as that would fetch some benefits and from next year I can do monthly payments for premium. I did as he said. But, one year later, when I contacted him then he didn't respond and when I called him from a different number then he told me that he is busy and can only talk to me after 6 momths. When I contacted his seniors then they told me that it is not possible to make monthly payments for premium as I had to inform that in advance. And, if it get approved, a penalty/charge of 8% is applied. When I investigated further, I got to know that agent had not only lied about this monthly payment thing but also had lied about the benefits related to the policy. He made complete fool o[censored]s. Even if I ignore the castles of benefits made by agent at the time of selling the policy to us, I still can't keep the policy. I cannot afford to make payment in lump sum and penalty of 8% makes this policy useless as I will end up paying more than the payput of policy thereby going negative. I took this policy for my parents with their little savings so that they have some financial support in the years to come. Now, their savings is also at stake. Please help me with this.                         I just received a call from SBI Life Insurance Customer Service from[protected]. I was told to add more details to the complaint. The call got disconnected in between without the resolution.

                        I tried calling at the number back but no one picked up.

                        Can you please call me again or post the resolution here?

                                  I HAD TAKEN TWO POLICIES FROM SBI LIFE INSURANCE IN MARCH 2011 : 1. [protected] SHUBH NIVESH - I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS.30000/- FOR FOUR YEARS & IN FIFTH YEAR I WILL GET TOTAL RS. 2, 25, 000/- . 2. [protected] MONEY BACK - I HAVE TO PAY Rs.30000/- ONE TIME & CAN WITHDRAW AFTER ONE YEAR & WILL GET 12% INTEREST ON THAT AS PER SBI LIFE REPRESENTATIVES/AGENTS. AFTER ONE YEAR (2012) THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WERE ASKING TO PAY PREMIUM OF BOTH POILICIES & INFORMED THAT I CAN NOT WITHDRAW MY MONEY BEFORE 10YEARS & 15YEARS. AFTER GETTING MY BONDS, I HAD CONTACTED THEM & ASKED THAT WHY THEY HAVE SELECTED PERIODS AS 10 &15 YEARS IN MY BONDS & WHY ALL TERMS &CONDITIONS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE COMMITMENTS DONE BY THEM. THEY REPLIED  NO PROBLEM. WE ARE ALWAYS HERE & WILL SURRENDER YOUR POLICY AS COMMITTED TO YOU I.E ONE YEAR & FOUR YEARS. I TOLD THEM TO INCLUDE THESE THINGS IN MY BONDS BUT AFTER 3-4 DAYS, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE MADE THE CORRECTIONS IN THEIR SYSTEMS & I WILL RECEIVE THE UPDATED / CORRECT BONDS IN 7-8 DAYS BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE SAME. APPRX 20 DAYS LATER, THEY CONFIRMED ME THAT CANT SEND THE BONDS AGAIN BUT I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM DUE TO THAT BECAUSE SBI LIFE HAS VERY BIG NETWORK & I CAN GO TO ANY BRANCH FOR GETTING MY MONEY NEXT YEAR. I HAD TRUSTED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE CONNECTED WITH SBI & I HAD TAKEN LIFE INSURANCE POLICY FIRST TIME . BUT I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY WERE MAKING ME FOOL & THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN SBI LIFE AFTER ONE YEAR. THEIR NAMES ARE: MR.DEEPAK MS PRIYA SAXENA MR.KAMAL JAIN MS RAVEENA THAKUR. I HAVE EXPLAINED ALL THESE THINGS PERSONALLY TO MR.RAJKUMAR RAINA BUT HE IS ALSO NOT COOPERATING WITH ME. SBI IS ONLY SAYING ONE THING THAT IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS CAN CANCEL THE POLICY WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS ONLY. I AM TELLING THEM AGAIN & AGAIN THAT I HAD CONTACTED THEM FOR THE CORRECTION BUT THEY HAD REPLIED ME AFTER 20-22 DAYS & CONFIRMED THE SAME THING THAT NO PROBLEM WILL COME DUE TO THAT & ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN DONE IN BONDS IN SBI RECORD. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED THAT SBI LIFE INSURANCE IS NOT TAKING ANY REPONSIBILITY OR PAIN IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM WHICH HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVES/AGENTS. THEY ALL ARE AWARE OF THIS CHEATING BUT NOT TAKING ANY ACTION. I AM WORKING IN PRIVATE COMPANY & CAN NOT PAY THE PREMIUM OF RS.60000/- FOR 10 OR 15 YEARS. I AM REQUESTING THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY & NOT ASKING ANY INTEREST. I HAD REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT IN OMBUDSMAN ALSO IN MAY 2012. AFTER TWO YEARS MY CASE HEARING WAS DONE ON 6TH AUG, 2014. BUT THEY HAVE ALSO REJECTED & REASON IS THAT I HAVE NOT CONTACTED SBI IN FREE LOOK CANCELLATION PERIOD WHICH IS 15 DAYS...AFTER KNOWING SO MANY CASES, OMBUDSMAN IS STILL SUPPORTING COMPANIES ONLY. I was told by my agent that the premium to be paid for 5 years and the matured amount will be given to me after 10 years, but when I received the bond I have seen that I have to pay premium for 10 years I immeadiately informed my agent about the mistake and I have given my bond to him for correction but he kept it with him for 2 months and returned it to me saying that the correction cannot be done so I humbly request you to canncel my bond and return my money.His name is Mr Srinivasulu Yarlagadda, Code :[protected], Phone:+91-[protected].

                                      Rekha dattani policy no. [protected] premium 3000/- This is inform that my son on 23/06/2014 went to the HATIBAGAN branch for changing the address of the policy no. as we have been shifted to new place. But the branch authority said that the there should in person visit of the client is required to change the address for the policy. My son had informed that the policy has a knee problem and a knee transplant and the policy holder cant visit the branch for changing the address. After much arguing with them the BM (MR SENGUPTA) told that to give a a letter mention the problem about the same with the form and xerox copy of the same with the OSV of original. The second day 24/06/2014 with proper letter and form dully sign and supporting document was submitted to the company branch office at Hatibagan. Even after 2 days of visit knowing the problem as client cant come has been mention dully then also the policy address changed has been rejected Today i have received a rejection letter mentioning that the policy holder visit to the branch is must for changing the address The company has a mandatory it then also the letter and form was taken just for harassing ???? What the hell to do with circular of the company when its harassing the client just for CHANGE OF ADDRESS Even the BANKERS change the address of the a/c without client visit if proper documentation is done. Requesting You to change the address with form submited on 24/06/2014 else i would have to take hard step and go to insurance ombusmen and irda for the same. Will not be to deposit any another form for the same purpose.. Thanks Rekha Dattani
