SBI Life Insurance Complaints & Reviews

I have been victim of a fraud made by an insurance agent of the SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The chain of the incidents are as below:

Sir, I got a call from a telemarketing person saying there is a scheme, in SBI Life Ins. which takes Rs. 50,000/- p.a. for 3 consequent years making a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- of investment and returns you Rs. 2,10,000/- on the 4th year which is its maturity period.

Now we can not...

Sir i am vikas kumar nehara .sir i have a policy from sbi life insurance 31 Mar 2012.so i do not have policy bond paper last one year .sir mai ees policy ko nahi rak no chata so ap maire ees policy ko refund kr vaa do .eak saal sai mugahai bond nahi melaa.aur mai nai company mai baihut bar phoe keya .aur leeter be leek deya ,maire samasaya ka samadan nahi hu aa so sir please maire madad kairo mai ra policy no [protected].maira mobile no [protected]....

I am Sonu Prasad I joined SBI life on 28th October 2011 and reigned on 2nd of January 2012. my employee code was 17554. my complain is that, till that i didn't get my provident fund amount i send him all the formalities before 2 month but till date i didn't get it

WENT TO BRANCH OFFICE KRISHNA APRA NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE DELHI OF SBI LIFE INSURANCE CO ON 22.03.2013 AND INCIDENTLY I FORGOT TO TAKE MY POLICY NO FOR MAKING THE PAYMENT . I REQUESTED THE LADY SITTING AT THE COUNTER BUT SHE REFUSED TO TRACE MY POLICY NO THEN I REQUESTED THE BRANCH MANAGER MR RAVI MANDLOI TO HELP ME BUT HE ALSO SHOWED HIS INABILITY AND SAID THAT THERE IS NO SUCH PROVISION IN THE SOFTWARE OF THE CO TO TACE THE POLICY NUMBER...

I am writing to make a complaint against SBI and their agents Anjali (mobile no.
[protected]) and Sandeep
(mobile no. [protected]) because they misled me in taking a SBI policy
called Shubh Nivesh by giving me false information and showing false
documents.

I have already made a complaint in SBI by writing to SBI's grievance cell officer but
they are telling me that they can not do anything...

On approach of your esteemed delegates I opted for the SBI Life Insurance worth Rs 50000/- p.a. on 26.12.12 and accordingly based on my cheque and Dr.Voucher,the identical amount has already been deucted from my a/c on 27.12.12.But to my surprise,till date I have not received any Acknoledgement or,Policy papers .

It seems I have gone for a wrong Investment thr'your concern. Service is really Very POOR which is beyond my...
