    Sir,with the above said policy details i was entered in to swadhan group insurance scheme and from the commencement the bank automatically deducting the premium of Rs.1351.00 from my account from 2006 to 2011. But in the year 2008 it was not deducted. why it was not deducted by the bank even after having balance in my account i don't know. i am a salaried person and i receive salary every month from this Account only since 18 years. Recently when i saw my account, this fact is came before me.
    Now i am in worry whether my policy is in continuation or not and should i have to pay the next premium due in this month(Nov.2012) or not. whether the Bank deduct my premium automatically or not . what i have to do? Am i eligible to receive assured sum on the date of maturity? In this regard i approached to the branch manager Sbh Jainoor and he said that he don't know about this type of policies.
    So Please kindly help me in this regard and regularize my policy ,Please kindly make a reply through Mail or letter .

      This is to bring to your notice theat my policy number [protected]- have requested for cancellation of my policy on 22nd August 2012.
      grounds for cancellation- 1) different terms and conditions. 2) term period should be 5 years but its is 10 years. 3) Signature Fraud - Signature on the policy is not mine as i was not available at home when thee policy was purchased. thee broker told my mother that he will come to our house for completion of thee policy documents, but he never did.
      we were not at home when thee policy documents came to our house.
      The letter for cancellation has been submitted to thee Mehrauli Branch on thee same date. There I had a meeting withe Mr. Atul to whom thee letter was submitted. Later on after 27 days i.e. 18 Sept 2012 i received a Specimen Signature Form- Annexure A for verification of my signatures by a Gazetted officer. The same was submitted to Mr. Atul on 24th Sept 2012. Then he assured me that he will forward thee request for cancellation and will get back to me within 15 days. Its been more than a month and he hasn't given a call back regarding thee case. I have been trying to call him but he is not answering. Then when i called up customer care on 7th November 2012 and had had a word withe a senior executive he told me that nothing regarding my policy has been updated.

      please help me how to go about this. and whether i should take some legal action against them.

        I am Mr Riteshkumar Vipinbhai Patel ,policy holder of SBI Life Shubh.My policy number is “[protected]”.I had this policy through your sale Execuitive , SBI branch V.V.Nagar-anand (Gujarat) through your agent name I forgot but I have mobiles numbers [protected] (Anand SBI SALE Executive), [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. According to the statement of agent policy’s conditions were that on the occasion of Deepawli If we purchase the policy for five years on Premium of Rs 30,000 per annum, we will get guaranteed sum assured of Rs.2,40,000 + 5000 mobile phone + family 1 year medical insurance & Rs,2,00,000 of Death insurance & accidental insurance Rs.4,00,000 up to 100 years. When I received my policy I asked about the policy features as they were not the same as I was told by the agent, then I Appealed for the cancellation of the policy, then he told me that I will get as soon as possible granted gift and he sure that policy condition is only 5 years and you get that all benefit . but I didn’t get it. Yet after 11 months I didn’t get mobile phone and medical policy. I am totally misguided and I want to cancel my policy. I am totally fed-up and mentally harassed. Vighnaharta played a vital role in this fraud. I request to help in getting my refund otherwise i will step towards IRDA.& complaint to police station & will step to consumer court.

          Hi,

          In the month of September 2011, I received some frequent calls from a company called 'NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING IN' to invest in a insurance policy of 'SBI LIFE’, after lots of conversation I agreed to take a policy called "SBI Life- Shubh Nivesh". They said about the "Endowment Maturity Date" But the booked my Policy for "Endowment Assurance with Whole life maturity Date"

          Actually the premium payment term of this policy is 5 years only and You will get 2 lakh after 5 years. And After 7 years you will get 1.2 lakh more money as adjustment plan. So i thought of its the best to take. Once my documents are submitted then onwards no one responded to my calls, finally i got Policy documents in which SBI Life mentioned Endowment Assurance with Whole life maturity Date. I will not get anything after 7 years.

            My exam suppose to be held on 21 st August which I did not appear for & not interested to become Insurance adviser too.Send mail to sbi & send register letter to Sbi insrance branch where i applied for .Now I am getting call saying that URN NO- SLII[protected] can't be change because SBI rule is once generated URN no can't cancel it can be transfer but when said that I did not sit for exam they asked for to sit for exam & if I fail then URN no will be transfer ed.

              Dear Sir,

              I (MAHESH KUMAR ARORA) received a call from mobile no. - [protected] by Ms. NEHA SHARMA ( MOBILE NO. [protected]) from SBI Daryaganj branch, Delhi, She has told me that she will give me a insurance policy (Shubh Nivesh whole life plan) which you will be pay in one time premium in this policy and the benefit of this policy are : -
              1 – You will pay Rs. – 97,000/- one time premium, MAHESH KUMAR ARORA (Cheque No. 202251 Rs. 97000/- Dated: 1-7-2012 and 2nd SUSHMA ARORA Cheque No. 091908 Dated : 2-7-2012 of Rs. 97000/-)
              2 – After three year you will get Rs. -2, 40,000/- at maturity.
              3 – In normal death your nominee will get Rs. 3, 00,000/-, in accident death your nominee will get Rs. 6, 00,000/- and from Government vehicles death your nominee will get Rs. – 9, 00,000/-.
              4 – In this policy you will get of Rs. - 1, 00, 000/- medical insurance per year.
              5 – If I continue this policy for five year you will get Rs. - 1, 00,000/- medical insurance for five year.

              I have said to Ms. NEHA SHARMA that you will give me in writing on your SBI letterhead same benefit you are provide to me, She said that will be mention in your policy document and if you need I will give in writing also, I will give the statement from mail, same word said by the branch Manager of SBI Daryaganj, Delhi, Mr. KUNAL SOLANKY. Then I said to Ms. NEHA SHARMA issue me one more same policy with the name of my wife Mrs. SUSHMA ARORA and I have give the cheque No. 091908 Dated 2-1-2012 of Rs. 97,000/-.

              I am very shocked, When I have received[protected] – SUNDAY) the policy document from Mumbai, there nothing is mansion in this policy (My policy NO. – [protected] name of MAHESH KUMAR ARORA). And same thing of second policy no.[protected] name of SUSHMA ARORA(Wife). Then I have call in your helpdesk no. [protected] at 15:00 p.m., then I take the all information from them it’s not one time premium policy you will pay the premium of Rs. – 96,833/- for five year.
              Very Next day[protected] MONDAY) I have talk to Ms. NEHA SHARMA, She said I will send the mail today positively then she don’t send to me due to she was not well and she have take half day leave, Again next day[protected] Tuesday) I have call to Ms. NEHA SHARMA but I have not talk to her at office No. [protected] but I have talk to the branch manager Mr. KUNAL SOLANKY, He assure me that he will be send the email from his e-mail (kunalsolanki.[protected]@yahoo.com) but he (Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY) send me the e-mail with his personal e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com) that I have forward to you below, then I have talk to him that he will be give me in writing the benefit of this policy from his official e-mail or give me in writing on SBI letterhead, otherwise I will take the necessary action against both of them Ms. NEHA SHARMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY.

              I am again shocked when I have visited your branch 112,Dayanand Nagar, first floor, Daryaganj Delhi – 110002. Tel.:[protected] – 13, Then I have talk to the branch manager Mr. Sanjeev Khanna ji, He told me it a regular policy and it’s not made by direct SBI.
              Its issue by the Agent/facilitator Mr. Alok Mishra (IA code[protected], phone 011 – 26644922
              I have all phone voice call record also that I have talk to Ms. NEHA SHRMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY and both are agree that the benefit they are given to me.
              Now, it’s proved that I have cheated by Ms. NEHA SHARMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY.
              I don’t want to continue with this policy due to from staring you are cheating to me in future what you will do…?
              It’s a request to you please revert back my both check in the name of: -
              1 - Name of MAHESH KUMAR ARORA Rs. – 97,000/-( POLICY NO. – [protected])
              2 - Name of SUSHMA ARORA (Wife) Rs. – 97,000/- (POLICY No. -[protected])
              And take the necessary action against Ms. NEHA SHARMA ( MOBILE NO. [protected]) and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY( Mobile No. [protected])because they are cheating to the SBI customer they are representative of the SBI who will believe in the SBI. So please take the necessary action against them.

Please note that, both o[censored]s were enrolled to the policy, which was committed and agreed by Mr.Niraj Kumar (the policy seller) that, our policy was issued wrongly by the mistakes of his officials and the policy was UNIT PLUS i.e. only paid for 3 years and get money back after five year. And both o[censored]s have cheated by the policy seller.

                3. that, Please refer to the Annexure-I for detailed matter and correspondences I have done with SBI Life Insurance as well as with IRDA but nobody is adhering.

                4. that, IRDA has asked me to fill the form provided by them to me as their mail-attachment which was filled and mail twice (see: forwarded email) and all details and evidence were provided to both of them, but have no output to come up with till date.

                5. that, earlier SBI Life Insurance has agreed to help us by writing reply as

                  I (MAHESH KUMAR ARORA) received a call from mobile no. - [protected] by Ms. NEHA SHARMA ( MOBILE NO. [protected]) from SBI Life insurance Company Limited Daryaganj branch, Delhi, She has told me that she will give me a insurance policy (Shubh Nivesh whole life plan) which you will be pay in one time premium in this policy and the benefit of this policy are : -
                  1 – You will pay Rs. – 97, 000/- one time premium, MAHESH KUMAR ARORA (Cheque No. 202251 Rs. 97000/- Dated: 1-7-2012 and 2nd SUSHMA ARORA Cheque No. 091908 Dated : 2-7-2012 of Rs. 97000/-)
                  2 – After three year you will get Rs. -2, 40, 000/- at maturity.
                  3 – In normal death your nominee will get Rs. 3, 00, 000/-, in accident death your nominee will get Rs. 6, 00, 000/- and from Government vehicles death your nominee will get Rs. – 9, 00, 000/-.
                  4 – In this policy you will get of Rs. - 1, 00, 000/- medical insurance per year.
                  5 – If I continue this policy for five year you will get Rs. - 1, 00, 000/- medical insurance for five year.

                  I have said to Ms. NEHA SHARMA that you will give me in writing on your SBI letterhead same benefit you are provide to me, She said that will be mention in your policy document and if you need I will give in writing also, I will give the statement from mail, same word said by the branch Manager of SBI Daryaganj, Delhi, Mr. KUNAL SOLANKY. Then I said to Ms. NEHA SHARMA issue me one more same policy with the name of my wife Mrs. SUSHMA ARORA and I have give the cheque No. 091908 Dated 2-1-2012 of Rs. 97, 000/-.

                  I am very shocked, When I have received[protected] – SUNDAY) the policy document from Mumbai, there nothing is mansion in this policy (My policy NO. – [protected] name of MAHESH KUMAR ARORA). And same thing of second policy no.[protected] name of SUSHMA ARORA(Wife). Then I have call in your helpdesk no. [protected] at 15:00 p.m., then I take the all information from them it’s not one time premium policy you will pay the premium of Rs. – 96, 833/- for five year.
                  Very Next day[protected] MONDAY) I have talk to Ms. NEHA SHARMA, She said I will send the mail today positively then she don’t send to me due to she was not well and she have take half day leave, Again next day[protected] Tuesday) I have call to Ms. NEHA SHARMA but I have not talk to her at office No. [protected] but I have talk to the branch manager Mr. KUNAL SOLANKY, He assure me that he will be send the email from his e-mail (kunalsolanki.[protected]@yahoo.com) but he (Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY) send me the e-mail with his personal e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com) that I have forward to you below, then I have talk to him that he will be give me in writing the benefit of this policy from his official e-mail or give me in writing on SBI letterhead, otherwise I will take the necessary action against both of them Ms. NEHA SHARMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY.

                  I am again shocked when I have visited your branch 112, Dayanand Nagar, first floor, Daryaganj Delhi – 110002. Tel.:[protected] – 13, Then I have talk to the branch manager Mr. Sanjeev Khanna ji, He told me it a regular policy and it’s not made by direct SBI.
                  Its issue by the Agent/facilitator Mr. Alok Mishra (IA code[protected], phone 011 – 26644922
                  I have all phone voice call record also that I have talk to Ms. NEHA SHRMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY and both are agree that the benefit they are given to me.
                  Now, it’s proved that I have cheated by Ms. NEHA SHARMA and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY.
                  I don’t want to continue with this policy due to from staring you are cheating to me in future what you will do…?
                  It’s a request to you please revert back my both check in the name of: -
                  1 - Name of MAHESH KUMAR ARORA Rs. – 97, 000/-( POLICY NO. – [protected])
                  2 - Name of SUSHMA ARORA (Wife) Rs. – 97, 000/- (POLICY No. -[protected])
                  And take the necessary action against Ms. NEHA SHARMA ( MOBILE NO. [protected]) and Mr. KUNAL SOLAKY( Mobile No. [protected])because they are cheating to the SBI customer they are representative of the SBI who will believe in the SBI. So please take the necessary action against them.

                  I have also been cheated by Mr. sunil kumar, agent from
                  Delhi who assured me that i'll get assured return of Rs. 3.75 lac, if I invest
                  Rs. 50, 000 per annum for 5 years.( But the policy give Shubh Nivesh where in the policy is
                  written that I am going to get Rs.3.75 lakh after maturity of 5 year term. The
                  agent has misguided me. He is super fraud.
                  I had asked every thing in detail prior to going for policy but for every
                  query made to him, he simply kept on lying. Now the policy received by me
                  contains terms and conditions absolutely different from what he had promised.
                  NOW I WANT BACK MY INVESTED MONEY

                    This is Padma. 3 years before ,an employee of SBI bank explained about the SBI LIFE INSURANCE-SMART ULIP Policy Scheme. He explained me the plan as: You have to deposit 3 installment of Rs.50,000 for 3 years and after 5 years of time period you will get the money back the amount would be nearly Rs.300000. Then he told me that once you put the policy then only we ll get the policy book,we just trust him so we joined 2 policy. Now the policy in written which I get is something different which I was told in this the maturity period is 9 years.
                    Now our 3 premiums were completed...on Dec 2012 , 3 years will be completed. Now I asked the procedure for getting money back..2% will be surrender charges and also we wont get the entire amount that we paid. We lost our money nearly Rs.50000 .. They said after 9 years only according to highest NAV 19.23 the amount will be return. Now they just assumed our total amount that we paid is 3 lakhs for 2 policies now the return money will be Rs.250000 approximately. We are Pensioner , even that bank employee knows that ,they pushed into this such a big problem.

                    This is totally fraud..
                    I hope you will take the proper action...
                    It ll good at least we ll get our money back (RS .300000)
                    Please help us

                    DONT PUT THIS TYPE OF POLICIES. Even Ignore the regarding Calls too.

                      i had receved our policy no [protected] customer no 25012400 dt[protected] sum assureed Rs 50,000/- We have to say the agent told us three years paying term 11.50%interest plus .25% additional along with acidental n health plan upto Rs 5 lacs n can take out our money after three years with interest .
                      As we have been cheated n some of the information r wrongly written we have one sbi life insurance policy of rs 15,000/- frm 2010 . This id based on fraud n cheated by your agent we would like to cancelled this policy n our amount should be return to us

                        Respectfully I am to state that I had availed a personnel Loan for Rs 2, 60,000/ in 2010 February last from your branch. The Insurance Officer o[censored]nder your disposal assured me and get signed in Policy documents for Rs 22200/-being one time installment policy, and the said amount was deducted from my saving passbook for that purpose.
                        That (a) despite that fact I am yet to receive the policy document, for which I had also submitted a complaint to your good office and through customer care net banking. Since Original Policy is mandatory to furnish at your office itself, it must be delivered to me in time. But a matter of regret
                        despite of submitting complain no result so far. May I hope and request you once again to do the needful
                        (b) I have received a letter from your regional office Guwahati for payment of 2nd installment of Policy premium, and thereby I could ascertain that my Policy No [protected]. Neither I was informed to pay such huge amount as annual premium, nor I am financially not in a position for continuation. I had also contacted Mr Devajit Borah RM (BANCA) Guwahati over telephone No[protected],on[protected] who suggested to submit a complain to the BM SBI Itanagar for their further action .And accordingly application submitted on 6th Sept/2010 but so far no result. This fact of experience has been raising dissatisfaction inside me over the service of SBI Life
                        Therefore you are requested to kindly do the needful action in these matter at the earliest.

                        NOTE(In March 2011 I again approach the BM SBI and applied applied for convertation of the policy into single instalment policy but so for no action is taken place. I am yet not having the original Policy doc. May refund the amount with equal rate of interest as deducting from me against the loan including that Rs 22000 also. Dtd Itanagar the 24th Nov/2010.Today on 12/6/12 I visited the SBI Life Insurance office Itanagar and again approached them to convert it into single premium policy, but they inform their inability to do so. This is quite cheating with consumers who are unable to deposit such huge amount every year like me.

                          Myself Sanjay Gupta, Govt. Employee at Rohtak reserve a SBI Life Insurance Policy No. [protected] annul premium Rs. 12000/- in 2008.
                          After two year in 2011 I have not deposited the annual premium now I surrender my policy and I got Rs. 23342/- but I deposited Rs. 24000/- in two years.
                          When I book my policy, Agent told me that when you will surrender the policy after 2year or 3 years no charges will be claimed and interest will also be given
                          to you. Now I was shock when I received Rs. 23342/- on deposited of Rs. 24000/- and no interest. I deeply regreted saying that I feel guilty to book a policy
                          of SBI Life Insurance. I book the policy on condition that whenever I need money I will surrender than agent say me you can withdraw you can surrender your policy and no charges/fine will be charge by SBI Life Insurance.
                          And now I am feeling like as I am cheated.
                          Kindly look into the matter and help me i[censored] can do otherwise I will not be guide anyone to book a SBI Life Insurance Policy.

                            My complaint regarding above said policy for Unit Plus III Plan is as briefed below:-

                            -Myself Suman Arora received a call from Ms. Pooja Sharma(Mobile No. [protected]), who is in association with Anil Mehta, Mobile no. [protected], informed me about my interest about short term plan in March'2010. She informed me that SBI has Unit Plus III plan wherein minimum annual premium i have to pay is 30,000/- and after regular payment of this premium for 3 yrs i.e. after investing 90000, i will get 1,20,000/- in return + 30,000/- will remain in this allocation by which i will be insured for 19 years under this policy. so total which i will be getting will be 1,50,000/- out of which i will get 1,20,000/- after 3 yrs. Also Ms. Pooja told me that after 6 months of this policy, i will get bonus of Rs. 15000/-. Thereafter i gave my confirmation for this policy and paid Rs. 30,000/- on 17/03/2010 and they have given me temporary acknowledgement slip for the same. (Scanned copy enclosed).

                            -Thereafter, few days, i received original bond wherein altogether different information was given that enrolled policy is for 15 yrs tenure and premium per annum is Rs. 60,000/- and not 30,000/-. I immediately called up this pooja wherein she told me to talk to Mr. Anil Mehta, I talked to him with a great difficulty as always he says that he is out of station. He ensures me that whatever they committed earlier is right and i should not bother about this policy terms. i will get this money i.e. 1.20 Lacs after 3 years. Since whatever they were saying was different from terms and conditions of bond, i told them to confirm the same in written and he said that he will be sending myself a mail. As on date, they have not given any confirmation towards the same. Then i contacted one of the branches of SBI wherein they told me that information given to me is wrong and this is a market linked plan and i need to atleast pay full Ist year premium and then after 3 years can claim for surrender and the surrender value will also be given after deducting their administration charges and others for 3 years.

                            On requesting them to refund my money or settle it by other means they told that as per policy terms there is a look up period of 15 days and that is over and they can not do any thing. This is what is the kind of responsibility SBI Life Insurance have towards their customers that even if the customer is being ditched by their agents or brokers, they have no concern, they are more concerned about their policy terms irrespective of any situation or circumstances.

                            In view of above, please advise how can I get my money back.

                              I had applied for PF Withdrawal in my previous company SBILife Insurance Co. Ltd. on November 2011. I had received confirmation that they received my Withdrawal form and the same is in process. But now almost more than I year passed away and i did not receive my PF Withdrawal amount.

                              I had tried lot of times to communicate to HR through Email and verbal but neither they replying properly on emails or not providing satisfactory answer on verbal communications. My employee ID in SBI Life was 6844 and according to HR the same was consider as PF no.

                              Even I am not sure that they send my PF request to concern department or not.

                              Kindly help me and guide me to withdrawal my PF fund.

                                      sir,
                                      sbi life brokers agent from embee brokers approached me for sbi life insurance . He promised us a gold coin if we invest one lakh in policy and we shall get interest of 12 % per anum . Now we have come to know that if we invest one lakh per year for five years then we are going to get only 4 lakhs back . I AM A RETIRED PERSON . I want my money back.
                                      I never thought that brokers of such a renowned company can act like this .
                                      please advise me what to do.thanks

                                        Sub: SBI life insurance cheated us by seling wrong policy

                                        I am Mr Ashok Nagpal from Mumbai was cheated by SBI Life insurance. Mss Shakshi from SBI Life Insurance has called on my mombile to sell her policy, we liked that policy and asked her to explain further she did and we liked the policy and ready to buy it . Then she just sent a form to fill it that contain my name, address etc my all detail ,, i filled that form and signed it and sent it to her but that form does not show any policy rule or policy explain to me any thing that form only contain my detail sudenly after few days i receive a documents showing some policy and my form attached with it with my signature on form not on policy .I was ready to buy some other plane and they sold me some other plane . The policy which i was ready to buy was told to me that i will get return Rs402500 in five year and every year i have to pay Rs 50000 and now i got document stating that i wll get return Rs157000 after five year and every yaer i have to pay 50000 .I I Complaned many a times but no solution, they asked me to complain with in 15 days i claed many a time to shakshi but no reply and gone to mumbai office of sbi insurence but no reply they had wasted my 15 days and now they are saying you should ocmplain with in 15 days sir i am educated person had investment many other plane so i know which is good and which is not . Cosidering the brand name i had trusted and ready to buy policy but you broke my trust by cheating me how can i trust you people now no body will like to buy your Policy i was suggesting my friend and relative to buy this policy but now i myseld fall in this blunder how can i suggest other peolple .

                                        Request you to solve our problem we middle class people earn so hard and try to save by trusting you guies and then finaly you also cheat us then....
