Dear sir,
This is to inform that we have invest the mony in SBI life insurance in the month of 24 June 2010.
till date we have not received the orignal bond paper.
I have no prof that we have invest the mony RS:-30,000.
Plesae help in in this regard.
The office is in Noida sector-62 or Near Fortis hospital.

    I have purchased a policy of SBI Life money back option1 my policy no. is [protected] & my customer no . is 26892679 I am sorry that the broker India Infoline completely cheated and misguided me about the offers,benefits and sum assured with the policy .After receiving the original bond from SBI when I tried to enquire from the broker he stopped receiving my phone calls assuring me that I will receive the offer bond within a month .Again now when I tried to contact the broker he is not responding nor receiving my calls .I am in dilemma whether to continue the policy OR NOT.Kindly help me to substantiate the matter with SBI &my broker hope to seek favours

        Sir,

        I mr. Mahender jain I take the policy of sbi life insurance my recvd policy document no. [protected] , product shubh nivesh wholie life plan , customer no. 25838962

        I am not satisfied this policy because what the agent commit or say about this policy plan when he come and meet me for sale this policy that all nothing in this policy I recvd this 28 of janurary 2011 after complete read this policy document this is totaly diffrent what the sbi life insurance agent mr. T.P.Sharma mobil no. [protected] said about this policy . After that so many times I try to contact to mr t.P.Sharma but no respone he not pickup the cell phone. Not replying ever .Due to this problem I cross the policy free look cancellation period. After that I contact the agent dsa office now also this sbi life channel partner mr j.P.Khandelwal head of this dsa not help me for cancel this policy after that I contact to every people those I think will help to cancel this policy but no meaning .

        Mr.T.P.Sharma said 50 % bonus of your first premium you will recvd after first year complete this policy from issue date this policy gives you 8.25 % intrest + 6 % bonus every year , you have to pay only one time pay premium and he also said that sbi life gives you 5 times life cover basic sum assured of your premium whole life till death and accidental death benifit extra..

        when I buy this policy , I just see the sbi life insurance name and trust on this company but now the agent is fraud in your company I want return this policy and need my paid premium rs 50000 completly back bcoz the wrong commitment in behalf of sbi life .Also sbi life have to punish or cancel the agentship mr.J.P.Khandelwal dsa of sbi life channel partner work...

        SBI Life Insurance Co.Ltd — Error Report after submitting Application

        Dear Sir,

        i have been appling since 3 to 4 days for the clerk post recruitment (20000 seats all over india) available in State Bank of India, but we face a big problem whlie submitting the form, i think there is a problem in page. Pls do the needful to check the site and advise us what to be done. It would have been better to apply offline. Pls revert at an earliest at the provided e-mail Id (a.[protected]@sbi-life.com).

        Mahender Jain's grievance is 100% genuine. I too have been betrayed the same way. India Infoline Insurance Broker Mr. Amarnath & his manager Mr. Manoj also promised me a 50% bonus as my survival benefit and put it at 3.4 lacs. Recently I have verified the facts from SBI LHO, Bangalore and found that a maximum of 7% bonus is applicable; survival benefit will be less than 2.9 lacs. SBI-Life Insurance Company is also not bothered to condemn or take any action at such Brokers simply because they are able to trap customers somehow or other. Please have a look at the huge numbers in statistics of such complaints - received & disposed in their web-site. They are just not concerned, and when aggrived people like us approach them for solution, they simply quote the rules and just shrug away.

        I am not satisfied this policy because what the agent & your manager commit or say about this policy plan when he come and meet me for sale this policy that all nothing in this policy . I recvd this 21july2011 after complete read this policy document this is totally diffrent what the sbi life insurance agent mr shalesh mobile no[protected] and your manager mr atul misra mobile no[protected] said about this policy. After that so many times I try to contact to mr shalesh and mr atul misra but no responce he not pickup the cellphone not replying ever. Due to this problem I cross the policy free look cancellation period. After that I contact the agent dsa office now also the sbi life insurance channel partner madam shivani mobile no[protected] head of this dsa not help me for cancel this policy after that I contact to every people those I think will help to cancel this policy but no meaning.
        Mr Shalesh & Mr. Atul misra said 1lakh mediclam card for hole family every year and 2 lakh hole life insurance and 3 lakh accidental insurance and hole family out of station traveling fair for first year.
        When I buy this policy I just see the sbi life insurance name and trust on this company but now the agent fraud in your company . I want return this policy and need my paid premium 40, 000/-rupees completly back bcoz the wrong commitment in behalf of sbi life insurance. Also sbi life have to punish to cancel the agent ship mr shalesh and manager mr atul misra and channal partner madam shivani of sbi life insurance channal partner work.

          My early premium for SBILIFE UNIT PLUS II pension policy is Rs.50000/= and surrenderde the policy after completing three years. They deduced some units as service charges and and finally gave Rs.1,40,000/= as return.If have invested in other finacial institution or in SB account i might have got atleast 10000/= rupeees as intrest in three years.Is it a punishment to save in mutual fund like this?.At least they should not deduct the units for service charges in the final year.Only their money is counted not our money.why this?

            I had taken the housing loan from SBI A/C: [protected] and to protect the housing loan SBI has provided a housing loan insurance policy. for insurance policy I have paid the premium of Rs. 20000/- for 15 years. Now I have repaid the full and final payment of SBI housing loan in 4 years and my loan a/c has been closed on 24/02/2011. I have surrendered the insurance policy into SBI Life Dariyaganj office to Mr. Himanshu on 01/03/2011. Mr. Himanshu told me that the refund of Rs. 7807/- would be returned to you with in 15 working days. Now from that date to till date I am waiting for the refund. I have contacted so many times to Mr. Himanshu but everytime I am just getting disappointment and reply that your refund amount is under process we will shortly inform you.
            Can you please help me out how we would get the refund amount from SBI?

              l had made a policy in the Co. and the agent tell the false insurance amount
              So I had submitted the bond under the free look period but Tell me about this immediately.

                Yestuday I have recieved the call from SBI life Insurance Jabalpur they said that we are calling State bank not SBI life Insurance after that they give me the proposal racring policy and said that you invest 5000 per month after 5years you will recieved 407000rs. and cover up 100year life insurance without any extra premium. when advisor came from SBI Life Insurance he said that no you will get amount aprox 385000rs. when I said him you give me the written bond he said no. because this is insuranse policey. when i said no i am not intrested in insurance policy after that hesaid ok you talk to our manager Mr. Mehta when i talk he misbehav & talk rudly. Always they calling said we are calling from SBI not SBI LIfe Insurance.

                  I regret to inform that i am a CIF having no[protected] and qualified MDRT in the year 2009. I have been told about LIFE PLEASURE POINTS by the authorities of SBILIFE. For this they had given me ID & Password. My ID was 00_[protected]_CIF. This i could get vide your letter. I tried to login in your site sbilifepleasures.com and tried to book my life pleasure points but could not succeed. At last I handed over the letter to the local sbilife representative Mr Ankit Agrawal (BDM) to look in to the matter. He assured me that he will certainly rectify the problems within a week. But after few months i could know that he has left SBILIFE. Again I have conveyed my problems to his (Mr Ankit Agrawal) successor. Still the matter is pending.
                  Hence I request you to please look into the matter at an earliest.

                    I have been following to SBI insurance Company ragardine miss selling of Lifeinsurance product since 2 years. Now they have replied below mail but now i need my premium amount with interest so My earnest request to you help me to getting my money.

                    Why should we bare NAV adjustment amount ????? becauase you are investing amount in market not we and also we have been thinking investing in fixed diposit not in market. your people had been sold a product to us with wrong information.
                    Interest on 86350 (From date of inception to 26/8/2008 and due amout 13650 (From inception to till you will written a cheque)

                      I was contacted by India Infoline brokers ltd about a policy called Shubhnivesh. The agent's name is Shafi.
                      I was told that at the end of policy paying term of 5 years, Sum assured would be 7.25times the principle amount. I opened a policy of [protected] and paid a premium of Rs 30,000/-. But I see on the policy document and the form that was filled to open it, that the sum assured is Rs. 1,31,000/- where it should be Rs.2,17,500/-

                      Please take strict action on these criminals.

                          The premium for my SBI life insurance policy No.[protected] was due on 17/04/2011. A mandate has been registered with SBI life, Nungambakkam branch for automatic debit of the quarterly premium amount of Rs. 15,000/- from my SB account maintained with SBI, Nungambakkam, but as on date the policy status shows that the premium is still not collected. SBI life may kindly initiate immediate action for resolving the issue.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am ramesh jadav from surat.i have taken SBI life Insurance from Net ambit noida base broking firm. One day call comes from noida saying that their calling from SBI Life Insurance head branch. They explain that you invest 36000 yearly for five year and you will get 350000 guaranteed. But when I received bond, it is written that I will get only 125000 + bonus, which is less than what I am paying in five year. When I complain them, they reply that you do not worry; you will get what is committed. When I went to Surat office for same they say that you being cheated by noida base broking firm. . I have also give complain to Surat sbi life insurance at ring road branch, letter of that I am sending you with attachment. I have also giving complaint to net ambit. Both Sbi and net ambit have not yet taking any step. So please I request you to take immediate action on net ambit and cancel my policy.

                            I have done investment in SBI Life – Shubh Nivesh Plan. The plan is taken from Mr. Jayesh Surti (Unit Manager, Udhna Branch) and his Mobile number is +[protected]. Mr. Jayesh gave me a cheque of Rs. 3600/- as a commission (KOTAK Bank - 000158), but the given cheque has been returned in Bank clearing. I am continuously communicating with him but I am neither getting proper answer nor my money. My policy details are as below:

                              With Due respect, I inform you that I made one policy in your Company for Rs. 3,00,000/- where the 1st premium was paid through Cheque drawn on Allahabad Bank, Baidyabati Branch Hooghly bearing Cheque No. 336269 and 336270 dated 10.03.2011. The insured Person Name Swapna banerjee.

                              But due to an urgent financial requirement for the sickness of my family member, I am compelled to withdraw this policy in the free look period immediately as it was received by me on 25.03.2011 and send the policy along with all documents on 26.03.2011 to you through your representetive Mr. Bishal Gupta for your immediate kind necessary action.

                              So, in this circumstance I request you again to arrange to send my money immediately for my urgent requirement.

                                I had paid my premium on[protected] by SBI Online payment mode through ATM cum Debit card and the succesful transaction reported back through online and SMS alert by SBI.It was reported that Premiun payment receipt can be downloaded after three days of payment of premium but i an unable to down load the premium payment receipt.Can you send the same to my address through post.

                                    Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                    My late father has taken home loan from SBI and the option of insurance from SBI Life was opted by him at the time of loan and the amount of insurance was paid by him in March, 2006 as one time premium and now my father has left for his heavenly abode on 17th Jan, 2011. I have informed the Banks officials to adjust the unpaid premium against the claim of his above mentioned policy. After about a week the bank manager told me that the loan amount was not insured, the reason was not told by her due to non availablility of relevant information with the bank. Since March 2006, no information was provided by SBI life or SBI about the non coverage of insurance also the deducted amount paid as premium was not refunded to the payee account.

                                    What is the fault from our side?

                                    If it is not a fault from our side then what i have to do? Kindly provide guidance.

                                      Regarding ID and Password

                                      i got my id and password of sbilifepleasures being an employee of SBI engaged in Insurance.i also reedemed some gift cards and got it.But on 27/02/11 when i tried to login to sbilifepleasures.com my password have been shown as invalid although i am confident of my password.Moreover there is a footnote asking the persons to contact help desk for getting a new pw but no contact no have been provided....
