I Attempted SBI LIfe Insurance (Agency) qualification Exam , however could not pass it. Now i plan to join LIC in stead. I Have visited SBI Life Insurance, bihar sharif , Dist:- Nalanda Bihar. and have given request in writing for cancealation o[censored]RN . Manager in stead suggested that it gets automatically cancealled over a period of next 6 months. Kindly help me .

I have given application for deletion of above mentioned urn no at surat ring road branch on 2nd May as i don't want to continue with sbi life. And the branch has already forwarded the application at ho for processing the same.

I have checked still this urn no is showing and already 28days passed.

I want to cancel the URN on urgent basis as I have applied for corporate sp licencing for hdfc ergo general insurance where i am doing service. And because o[censored]rn not got deleted my incentive is not getting processed.

I am following up with so many persons but nobody is responding and nobody is picking up the phone.

Pasting herewith the mail comunication done as below...

Now i have been asked to follow up with Mr vinod @ [protected]. This no is also ringing.

The list is too large who are not responding...

Thanks for kind revert.

But every time I am getting the same revert. "Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department and a revert will be sent to you shortly"

But I am not getting the revert without reminder.

And the main thing it has been already 25days passed since the application submitted, still how much time it will take ?

That concerned department why not taking action on the same ?

LOOKING FORWARD FOR YOUR FINAL RESULT.

Because delay in processing my application, it may cost my job with HDFC Sales or may cost financially.

Hope you understand the urgency for the same.

Please do the same on priority and looking forward for your favorable response.

Request you to please do the same on urgent basis as because of this issue my salary is on hold.

I am doing followup since last 10 days, I am not getting any poper response from anywhere. I was in follow up with Mr Chetan Rana (Associate Sales Support, Suryaplaza bldg, surat), now he is also not picking up the phone and also received no from that branch and asked me to follow up with Ms Dipali Kadam[protected]. This no is also continuously ringing.

Now I am not able to understand, who will do this as not even getting response on toll free no. On toll free no, they ask to contact at local branch. Local branch people not giving response, they ask to call and take follow up with HO people. And this no is continuously ringing.

Request you to do the same on urgent basis, the application was given on 2nd May and today 20th May.

    Hello Sir,

    I am pankaj My policy no. is . I bought two policy of your sbi.The agent told me that i can withdraw my money after 1 year and he did many commitments with me but now he telling me different things as he said me before,now i cant continue my both policy i want to surrender one of my policy which no. ,i already requested to surrender it in november month and i did all formalities like form fill up and my policy kit i already submited it to my agent but when ever i say about my receipt he say only 1 thing to me that you will get it by courier.i already contacted in your office many times but nothing result i found it yet .now three months passed away and i not got my receipt yet.Now i dont have any proof that i was a policy holder.Now i am feeling very bad to bought your policy and it is shameless services you providing to customers,Now i am thinking about to surrender my second policy also can you help me to surrender my policy and please take action against that agent.

      Hello Sir,

      My self is Brij Bihari Gupta and I have taken a home loan in the month of 31 Jan 2011(SBI Paud Road, Pune) and during my documentation on RACPC Swarget, Pun, SBI life candidate has attached the SBI life Insurance policy with my home loan and sectioned the amount around 70,000 with home loan without my permission and force to take it.
      Nothing has been explained to me regarding the SBI life policy that has been given to me and no proper procedure has been explained to me.

      I have also requested to person please I do not want to take this policy because I have already more polices but they have attached this with home loan.

      I request you please exclude the SBI life insurance policy from my home loan.

      This type of responsibility is really not expected from the largest and most reliable bank of India.
      I hope the matter will be considered quickly and fairly.

        I was asked to take up the policy as a visa requirement when I was applying for my student loan. In fact now I know that this was not mandatory. Unfortunately my visa is rejected and I went to SBI to collect my documents. I am told that the insurance is a one off payment of approx Rs.27000/-. I don't believe this. I have no visa and how can the policy start without visa being granted.

        I hope I am not a victim of rip off case. I have made a complaint at [protected]@sbilife.co.in

          Hi,

          This is to inform you that I am having 2 Policy of SBI Life ( SBI Life Horizon -3 Pension Plan A and C) in the name of Jayendrakumar S Bhatt ( Policy 0No[protected] and Ushaben Bhatt ( Policy No[protected] taken in the month of 31st of August 2010 of 99000 Rs Each.

          Both these Policy has been sold wrongly by Ashwinkumar Purshottamdas Patel (IA code 100661). He told me that I have to pay 99000 Rs Once & you dont need to pay any amount after this amount and as per him I will get Rs 2,80,000 after 3 years but I was not aware about all these process but when I show my these policy to my Accountant for tax purpose then I came to know that I will have to pay Rs 99000 for minimum 3 years or my policy will discontinue and I will also have to pay surrender charges also to get my money back after 3 year.

          So this cleary shows that Mr Ashwinkumar Purshottamdas Patel has cheated with me and sold me policy by wrong commitment & this is investment in banking like FD.

          Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap as now I want to cancell these policy and not want to continue as I am not able to pay 2 lacs of Premium contiously for minimum 3 years.So this cleary shows that Mr Ashwinkumar Purshottamdas Patel has cheated with me and sold me policy by wrong commitment & this is investment in banking like FD.

                  Sir, I am working under Nandighosh Coal & Coke Product (P) Ltd. as a driver since last 10years & I have no educational qualification also. While I completed my three years of deposit I asked Mr.Prusty(agent of SBI Life) to withdraw my deposit amount, he said this is not money back policy.I have no position to continue my premium further.

                    As against 250000 Rs. premium paid by me in 2 policies o[censored]nit plus plans purchased from CG Road office of SBI Life: policy no.[protected] having paid premium as 150000 shows fund value of Rs96000, where as [protected] paid premium being Rs100000 is foreclosed by you, foreclosure amount thru cheque for Rs.10807 is sent by you, which is life-threatening and not acceptable.

                    We have not represented the cheque and have asked you in writing at your CG Road office to resolve the matter.Further, the policy was sold by you with a feature of one time payment and no need to pay regularly.There is no communication from your side since May, 2008- no letter, no fund value statement, no phone calls, nothing. There surely seems some erroneous oversight at your end. Misselling, no communication, hidden charges, erroneous foreclosure, hunger for new premiums only and no services are key reasons for our loss.

                    How can 1lac Rs. become Rs. 10807? What services do we get though having paid 2.5lac Rs. in premium? Having submitted complaint in writing to your CG Road branch 14days back, still there seems to be no importance attached and hence no communication. Is this the cost of knowing need for insurance and investing such a huge amount? There is no fund value statement also sent to us from the above mentioned date. Only communication was a letter for KYC norms, we have submitted all the required documents timely.

                    Had it been premium payment, you surely would have managed to collect it.

                    Expected retirement kitty and not a pre-retirement shock,

                    I have been getting abusive calls from no. 32907488 asking me to pay the bills on behalf of a person who is has given my residence adress.
                    I have given them the adress and phone no. of the concerned person but they have been giving me life threatening calls.

                      Advisor of SBI Life Insurance Company telling a lie that he is a employee of the SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. and also telling lie regarding the features, facilities and return of the policy.                         Sub : SBI Life Group Swadhan, Master Policy No. [protected] in the name of Vijay Kumar Saini, Bank SBBJ, Branch Code 319, Group Member ID 12258165.

                        I have taken above policy on 01.03.07 through my bank State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Sector 17-D, Chandigarh and an annual instalment of Rs. 5372/- has been paid every year through ECS from my account. But in the current year 2010, the amount of Rs. 5372.00 has deducted from my account on dated 08/09/2010 and also the amount of Rs. 276.00 has deducted as late fee on dated[protected]. I has been approached the bank from the month of March, 2010 to august 2010 in every month regarding to deduct the that installment from my account. But there was no positive response given to me by SBBJ bank manager. I have already keeping funds from January, 2010 for this installment in my bank account. But all of above efforts, the bank debited my account with later fees of Rs. 276-00 on 29-9-10. You are requested to please solve my problem as priority basis and credit 276-00 into my account as early as possible.

                        So, I would request you to please credit my account immediately without any further delay.

                        I joined sbi life swadhan (group) 0n 19/08/2010.since then my premium being deducted from my account on september every year. But I am unable to get the receipt of the above policy. This year when I contacted my bank even they don't know the process. infact they are searching for the numbers to contact sbi life insurance. pl. send my premium paid statement to my email id or by post.

                          With ref to above policy no i may bring to your kind notice that i have deposited Rs 20000 each in year 2007, 2008 and 2009 amounting total Rs60000.In august 2010 i surrendered the policy as the sensex is arround 18000. But to my utter disgust only Rs59786 was credited in my account as surreder value.They did not provide me the statement how they calculated the surrender value.It is very unfair to get less amount than what i deposited after three years when the sensex is doing well.I think there is some serious mistake in their system.

But now I am not satisifiedofyour company services. Because I send two complaint / grievances at email address mysupport @sbilife.com and [protected]@sbilife.co.in , but there is no response received so far. Neither any intimation nor the procedure to login in order to see my fund value . Kindly consider my request and create new user ID and password and same may be sent to my email .

                            Two reminders already sent but there is no response in this regard.
                            Sir,

                            I have taken SBIlife Unit plus II pension in 2007 after I pain 1st premium recession started and with hardtime I pain the second and 3rd premiums, when I try to pay the 4th premium that was not accepted because of the recession that was told to me. When I asked about what will hapen if I not paid the amount. Then they your money is kept as deposit and it will be given at the end of 3 years as per the present recession.

                            I waited for 3 years and when I asked about my money they said you did not paid 1 full year premium so you won;t get anything. I said them I was ready to pay the 4th quarter, but you only rejected, but they are not answering to my question. They have converted my deposit money of Rs 12000 om to units without asking me to pay further premiums.

                            They will only accept full premium for whole 3 years.

                            When I took the policy I was not informed of the 1 year premium is mandatory and even when send remainders also they only said your policy is lapsed. They did not mentioned about this rule of 1 year premium.

                            I do not know what will happen to my money after say about 5 years. When I ask about this they are not answering.

                            They are saying I will not get my money and I have to pay the entire amount for 3 years while it comes about Rs 60, 000.

                            I Usha kohli from East Punjabi Bagh have a complain -Why the broker does not tell us amount of premium which he has taken 25% commission last year we had to go for harassment as the payment was made 25000% the bank S.B.I Punjabi Bagh unfortunate us that the computer does not accept the amount and we deposit cash 65% just 2 days before the due date. We had not S.B.I cheque book. The broker should be removed from our case...

                                    I have a IRDA License 5242033, issued from SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I had requested my supervisor to issue me a NOC, so that I can shift to other insurance company. I had requested Prashanth Sindagi, SBI LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD, 2 ND FLOOR, 96/04, SOUTH END ROAD,BASAVANGUDI, But after requesting the NOC letter, same branch people send me a Agency termination letter back dated in March'10. I got this letter by courier last week end of Jun'10.

                                    Please assist me getting a NOC from this Insurer so that I can continoue with other Insurer.

                                      This is Trapti Gupta. Some time back I got the call from some executive of SBI life. He explained me the plan as:
                                      You have to deposit 3 installment of Rs.30,000 for 3 years and after 5 years of time period you will get the money back the amount would be Rs.183000 and with that you will get 5 lac insurance and also health insurance.
                                      When I asked him the policy in written he told me that once you will file the policy then you will get the policy in written.
                                      Now the policy in written which I get is something different which I was told in this the period is 15years. No health insurance and other things are being explained in it.
                                      This is completely fraud..
                                      I hope you will take the proper action...
                                      Please help me and explain in detail what exactly the policy is how much amount I will get and when and what should I do now.

                                      Hi Trapti,
                                      I had similar call for Money Back Plan (Option-2) from so called SBI Life Insurance employee.
                                      She said that it is a scheme under which all no charges will be levied and in case if the policy is surrendered after 3 years the surrender charge will be 1% only.
                                      But I am having doubt for the same since they are avoiding to send me scheme details in written email. Can you please confirm what is the surrender charge mentioned after 3 years in your policy. If its 1%, then you may let go 1% and surrender it.
                                      Also there is option to cancel the policy in Free Look period so you can try that too.
