Hello Sir,

My self is Brij Bihari Gupta and I have taken a home loan in the month of 31 Jan 2011(SBI Paud Road, Pune) and during my documentation on RACPC Swarget, Pun, SBI life candidate has attached the SBI life Insurance policy with my home loan and sectioned the amount around 70,000 with home loan without my permission and force to take it.

I was asked to take up the policy as a visa requirement when I was applying for my student loan. In fact now I know that this was not mandatory. Unfortunately my visa is rejected and I went to SBI to collect my documents. I am told that the insurance is a one off payment of approx Rs.27000/-. I don't believe this. I have no visa and how can the policy start without visa being granted.

This is to inform you that I am having 2 Policy of SBI Life ( SBI Life Horizon -3 Pension Plan A and C) in the name of Jayendrakumar S Bhatt ( Policy 0No[protected] and Ushaben Bhatt ( Policy No[protected] taken in the month of 31st of August 2010 of 99000 Rs Each.

Both these Policy has been sold wrongly by Ashwinkumar Purshottamdas Patel (IA code 100661). He told me that I have to pay 99000 Rs...

sbi life insurance agent made my fake signature and issued policy on his terms for his own benefit without informed me.

My self shiv prasad holding policy of SBI LIFE my policy no is [protected]. I applied for surrender but more then 5 times refused to accept surrender form reason given by them is signature mismatch.I submitted verified signature from my bank. Without purchasing the insurance policy and without documents, the SBI credit card showing the due amount in the statement. The SBI credit card agent given me the lifetime free card in 2006 , from 2006 to till date I never used the credit card. As per SBI credit card department , the charges showing in the statements are debited for SBI insurance. Now nobody taking resposibilities, and pressurising to pay the money....
