With regard to your query, we request you to submit the Cessation certificate request form along with your appointment letter and SBI Life ID Card to our Pilibhit branch office to enable us to check and do the needful.

      I do not get my surrender value after closing my sbi insurance plan.
      I have submitted the form on 21February2022 and they told me to refund within 15 days but till today i.e. 16March2022 I didn't get the refund.
      Also nobody hear there and giving me the excuse like " i will check" but nobody is serious about this. Really pathetic and annoying experience.

          I shilpi sharma from Delhi worked as an Agent in sbi life . Please change the status of my pan card as it is showing blacklist in pan look up. As there was big problems that i was not working with one company manager where he taken steps to spoil my career. Now i am in very big problems. I got an offer from other insurance company as employee. But could not join as manager challenged me that he will spoil my career. Please do help me. My pan no. HFOSP4775C. Please change the status. My family are facing as i am not able to join any reputed company. I need your help. Support us.

          Dear Shilpi,

          With regards to your concern, we wish to inform you that your code was deactivated under disciplinary action w.e f. 05/03/2019, and subsequently, the status of your PAN has been updated as Blacklisted on the IRDAI portal.

          Further, please be informed that as per IRDAI guidelines 2016 such an agent can apply for a fresh appointment after completion of 5 years from the date of deactivation.

          Hence, we are not acceding to your request for the removal of PAN from the IRDAI portal.

                  My amount is not credited to my sbi life insurance account but my amount has been debited fron my account. I have done payment almost 1 week. Kindly refund my amount.

Not interested to work as an insurance agent. i didn't get any appointment letter and id card. i also told that information unit manager of SBI LIFE insurance company. But now i see pan look up of IRDAI site shown inforce on SBI LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD date of appointment 07 jan 2022 please remove my details of that site.                                 For us to attend to your request for delinking of PAN, we would require your PAN number, IA code so that we can take this further with the respective department.

                                  I Pinaki Mohanty have an IRDA licence with Sbi life insurance on 22/02/18. But due to some personal issue I am unable to continue this code with SBI anymore. Already submitted a physical request letter to sbi local office but they are not initiate any process towards cancellation of Pan from IRDA site..
                                  So pls look into this on priority..

                                      Policy has been Surrendered for a Month Time with No Settlement as on date

                                      Extremely poor response from SBI life Insurance as Policy - 1H[protected] SBIL - Retire Smart document has been summited for approx a month time on 26th Nov 2021 at SBI Branch Patliputra Patna -800013 but still settlement has not been done, No response from pathetic customer services of SBI Life Insurance . Only response recorded from team is that "Settlement payout is pending at Head office "
