My self Punit Natvarbhai Joshi, My complain against my SBI LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NO. 1QPY00469 for policy deemed discontinuous withdraw due to financial issue. I withdraw my POLICY ON 02/08/2021 at SBI LIFE INSURANCE - GANDHIDHAM office, still no any payment received & no positive respose for policy by SBI LIFE INSURANCE GANDHIDHAM office. I am facing heavy financial issue. Please clear my issue & relive my payment.

    Extremely poor response from SBI life Insurance as Policy - 1H[protected] SBIL - Retire Smart document has been summited for approx a month time on 26th Nov 2021 at SBI Branch Patliputra Patna -800013 but still settlement has not been done, No response from pathetic customer services of SBI Life Insurance . Only response recorded from team is that "Settlement payout is pending at Head office "

          Got email from SBI Life unclaimed department to submit repatriation letter. Simply wasting time because the same was already send to them through the agent (Mr. Pradip Kumar, SBIL Palakkad branch). There is no action from SBI Life and no one taking care of customer complaints.

          Until now there is no any reply from them. Worst service.

            Madam/ Dear Sir

            I have taken yono - insta life secure at 06/10/2020 at rs 2501.60/- .with membership number- R[protected].

            Without my consent my policy has been renewed on 06/10/2021 with my membership id- R[protected] with new premium rs 5853.80. In a year your increase your policy more than 110%.its means you cheat your customers.

            So my humble request to you that cancel this policy and refund my all money in my debuted sbi account

              I have an SBI LIfe Insurance policy with number [protected] which got matured on 19th Sep 2021.
              Even after 9 days of maturity, I haven't got the maturity amount in my bank account.
              I've already submitted the policy documents on 12th Aug 2021 to the SBI Life Insurance office in Faridabad.

                Didn’t receive the card from the company and asking for the payment giving us the threats for make the payment and already knowing that we didn’t received the card from the first day itself

                    I live in Okkilipalayam village in Pollachi taluk, Coimbatore district. On 04.01.2021 I paid both my brother C.Thirumoorthy and I through an online transaction to take out a policy for SBI life insurance company Term policy for one crore rupees. 1.S.Sabapathi (Proposal Number-45YC3-73325) Policy amount Rs.15807.00, 2.C.Thirumoorthy (Proposal number-45YC373027) Policy amount Rs.10967.00, Waiting for Policy bond after payment, In the month of March I contacted Policy processing officer MR .Vikram (Mobile number-[protected]) through phone and he said that your policy has been canceled and your money has been transferred to the account where you paid on 22.02.2021. But the account I paid for through online transfer is not active, so I did not get a refund. The reason is that I used CC account and current account at State bank Aachipatti branch, in which I was paying through current account net banking. In this situation, Bank Manager called me in January, he said with your CC account and current account you use only one account and with my to use only one CC account and the current account and closed it on 27.01.2021. I told this news to Sbi life insurance officer Vikram. He said After three months that your money will credit to your CC account. I went to my bank manager and checked. The money did not come back. Again Vikram and his boss Mr.Agnes (Mobile number [protected]) made them talk to me on conference Call and they both tried and I did not get the money. Five months gone. But I did not get my money. I was very Stressed.

                    Then I typed a letter to [protected]@sbilife.co.in. Then sbi life insurance Officer Mr.Madhubalan (Mobile number [protected]) they contacted me on the phone and told me that you will get your money in two weeks but there is no use, I did not get a refund.

                    I therefore very humbly request you to inquire with the sbi life insurance authorities and make a refund for my refund.

                        This is Balivada Venkata Sudhakar Patnaik, policy no: 1K[protected].
                        May i know the status of my LTR withdraw.I am sad to share you i haven't received any money till now. I wrote almost 20+ mails to your team [protected]@sbilife.co.in, no use. I visit my nearest branch daily no use ..Those people also telling no update.

                        On 15th EFT has done i got a mail but i havent received so on next mail i send my bank account statement..

                        Please solve my issue.

                          Money not credited even after 2Month

                          I have surrendered my Policy- [protected] on April 3rd, 2021. I am writing this complaint on 24th May 2021. When I called the customer on May 1st they said Money has been credited on 20th April. When I call the branch they told me to wait for few days as my money is being credited. I waited for 10 days even then money is not credited and called customer to check the issue then customer care asked me to reach branch with my bank statement.br...

                                I have made translation of 99900 and with in immediate effect amonut 96450 got debited from my account while paid to SBI LIE INSURANCE. Here is the below translation message
