This is to bring to your notice that Rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account No:[protected] has been surrendered. Requested FLC along with other documents submitted Already on 5 oct 2020 to be precise.

Still refund amount not received when tried to contact, update received is there is some technical issues and as a matter of fact this is not the first time, earlier double amount was deducted from account Please note...

Premium amount debited receipt not received

On[protected] I made a payment of RS 17098 as my premium amount. The amount was debited from my bank account. Till date, I have not received any acknowledgement for SBI Life insurance. The web portal does not reflect the status of my payment. Even after registering the complaint with SBI life insurance customer care, I have not received a satisfactory answer....

Double debit of amount, refund pending last 15 days

This is to bring to your notice that an amount of ₹27558 is debited twice for rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account no:[protected] from my savings account [protected] on 8th september 2020
A total of ₹55116 amount is debited instead of ₹27558 'by mistake' as said to me first transaction was failed but amount is debited. There is issue with system in which debit amount is not updated which will take another 8-9 days...

harassment made by sbi life

I am writing this mail in reference to the harrasment made by customer care number. I purchased sbi life term plan on 9 may 2020 through your website. The premium amount which was calculated by the system after choosing term plan was paid by me on the same day after uploading documents.
But the day after purchasing policy i have been harrased by customer care executive that we have not received your documents kindly send us again....

Dear sir i have hdfc credit card through which i had paid rs. 50000 my sbilife policy premium on 22/03/2020 and same amount was deducted from my card on same day.
However, today morning i have got the message that rs. 50000 spent via credit card xx5097 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:05:58:55. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Because if it not resolved it will reflect on my credit card statement next month....

My father purchased a policy from SBI Sailashree Vihar branch, Bhubaneswar on the 31 July 2019. He purchased the policy from Mr. Subendu Pradhan and paid INR 60, 000 through a cheque.

However even after 4 months Mr.Pradhan has not sent us the policy documents and refuses to answer our calls.

sbi life company lost my cheque

I am safaq shaikh. Actually i m our sbi life regular customer but your staff and management team not well presented. Before two month i visited your branch ahmedabad branch c. G road and i was meet mr. Prashant shah he was take my cheque hand to hand but he is not accepted that i am not given any cheque and not visit branch. He is very rudly talk to me and very layer man. I am very sure i was come out at office ground i given cheque 34678/-...

Hi this is durga priya my parents paid sbi life shubh nivesh endowment plan series 2
Actually some off the person call to my parents and they are sell this insurance but they didn't give proper information and totally wrong guidence also frankly mussels this product and we don't know when it's lapsed because we are paid 7 quarters only amount of 175000 rupees after sbi life employee only given truth so after my parents are not paid...

sbi life policy surrendered but amount not received

I had surrendered my sbi life saral pension policy on on 09.01.19 (Policy no 1e[protected].

Since i had an urgent requirement for the money, had surrendered it in the first week of january itself.

My insurance advisor also had informed that the procedures would be completed and the amount be credited in my account within 10 working days. But unfortunately it is not done till date and it is highly an unpleasant...

extravagant style of company officials

SBI Life management has been spending crores on its officers by way o[censored]nnecessary bonuses, salary hikes, conferences and foreign tours. It is a company floated by SBI with BNP but it's regional managers are paid more than the M.D.of SBI. This year the seniors officers travelled to Switzerland to do what? Can't they hold their sales meet in India so that their stakeholders do not have to pay for their extravaganza? They spend money on conferences...

But agent vinayak dwivedi from sbi life insurance after sending all the document to him he is telling to send additional documents and after that too no updates yet from agent. And my money is already debited from my nre account.
