My name is Mohd Amir Khan and I had joined SBI Life Insurance Company as an agent last year. I have done just 1 policy and haven't doing any business for that company after that. My license validity also expired. But my pan number looked up in irda portal.
Hence I request you to please remove my pan number from IRDA portal.

      This is to bring to your notice that Rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account No:[protected] has been surrendered. Requested FLC along with other documents submitted Already on 5 oct 2020 to be precise.

      Still refund amount not received when tried to contact, update received is there is some technical issues and as a matter of fact this is not the first time, earlier double amount was deducted from account Please note the amount is self paid from my account. I had to go through a hell of follow ups and fight to get the extra amount deducted back to my account.

      But it was wrongly credited to my loan account instead of my savings account. Now again when I have surrendered the documents it's almost a month now and still update received is
      there is some technical difficulties in processing the request.

      Is there any requests that are processed successfully without multiple follow-ups?? I wonder!!!

      I would really like to inform to all know members to never opt such services.

      Good luck will try my best to escalate the matter.

        On[protected] I made a payment of RS 17098 as my premium amount. The amount was debited from my bank account. Till date, I have not received any acknowledgement for SBI Life insurance. The web portal does not reflect the status of my payment. Even after registering the complaint with SBI life insurance customer care, I have not received a satisfactory answer.

          This is to bring to your notice that an amount of ₹27558 is debited twice for rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account no:[protected] from my savings account [protected] on 8th september 2020
          A total of ₹55116 amount is debited instead of ₹27558 'by mistake' as said to me first transaction was failed but amount is debited. There is issue with system in which debit amount is not updated which will take another 8-9 days as said to me. It has been so far an unpleasant experience.

          If i had an option of not buying these policies. I would have not buyed it as it's not mandatory but there is a practice of making it compulsory else your loan amount is not disbursed. It's painful to keep following up with these guys when it's not even your mistake.
          It's pathetic how they work even when mistake is pointed out to them. It's 15 days now forget getting the job done, still no person can assure that the amount shall be returned to my account.

                I am writing this mail in reference to the harrasment made by customer care number. I purchased sbi life term plan on 9 may 2020 through your website. The premium amount which was calculated by the system after choosing term plan was paid by me on the same day after uploading documents.
                But the day after purchasing policy i have been harrased by customer care executive that we have not received your documents kindly send us again. At their request i submitted the required documents thricely. All the necessary requirements were fulfied by me even the medical which was mandatory for the issuance of the policy was also conducted and report are with you. After the lapse of 42 days yesterday i. E 20-6-20 i got the call from customers care that all formalities are completed but we are unable to issue policy as there is some short of premium.
                My question is how the premium is short?
                I have paid the full premium as calculated by system on the same day.
                This kind of service will only bring bad reputation to the organization. If the premium was short why i was not told at the first time to pay it rather sending my documents and completion of medical test. Why this harrasment was made?

                  Dear sir i have hdfc credit card through which i had paid rs. 50000 my sbilife policy premium on 22/03/2020 and same amount was deducted from my card on same day.
                  However, today morning i have got the message that rs. 50000 spent via credit card xx5097 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:05:58:55. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Because if it not resolved it will reflect on my credit card statement next month.

                      My father purchased a policy from SBI Sailashree Vihar branch, Bhubaneswar on the 31 July 2019. He purchased the policy from Mr. Subendu Pradhan and paid INR 60, 000 through a cheque.

                      However even after 4 months Mr.Pradhan has not sent us the policy documents and refuses to answer our calls.

                      At the time of purchasing the policy he gave a policy number which is invalid. We reached out to SBI Life helpline using this policy number but they say this no is invalid.

G road and i was meet mr. Prashant shah he was take my cheque hand to hand but he is not accepted that i am not given any cheque and not visit branch. He is very rudly talk to me and very layer man. I am very sure i was come out at office ground i given cheque 34678/- cheque amount and axis bank that i was some urgency not ask any question but policy status some result lapse why i m giving second time cheque i want my same cheque please find out what reason mr. Prashant shah totally confess that he is loss my cheque and have recorded his voice very rudly talk with me. I cant accepted why i m taken sbi life insurance policy. And i request you please don't call for this situation again explained i am very tired your phone call and more discussions ask you staff.

                          Hi this is durga priya my parents paid sbi life shubh nivesh endowment plan series 2
                          Actually some off the person call to my parents and they are sell this insurance but they didn't give proper information and totally wrong guidence also frankly mussels this product and we don't know when it's lapsed because we are paid 7 quarters only amount of 175000 rupees after sbi life employee only given truth so after my parents are not paid after 7 quarters but no one called and we don't know 3years was the locking period for withdrawal and paying also now what will do

                              Sbi life management and their agents are fraud.

                              1] total delhi sbi life management knows all advisors who are selling policy's are fake and false promises they are giving to customers.

                              2] mr ravindra kumar president zone -2 knows all advisors who are selling policy's are fake and false promises they are giving to customers.

                              3] each and every one who works for sbi life in culutta and delhi knows that all agents and even in sbi banka channel they are doing all fraud business.

                              4] i challenge with president ravindra kumar can you show any one single policy which your agents sold with genuine policy terms and conditions with exact returns.?

                              5] this is all game in sbi life every one knows they are cheating customers and doing business, but untill agent give business they will entertain them, once if they stop business then they will open eyes and terminate the agent if any small complaint comes.

                              Until that time though they knows every agent is doing fraud and giving false information they will not touch.

                              Sbi life is filled up with completely fraud management who knows everything and cheating customers.

                              Everyone has to fight against to it and save public investing in sbi life.

                                  I beg to inform you that as per RTO Registration certificate
                                  particular of Vehicle OD-33C-5812 Smt. Jyotsna Mishra owner of the
                                  vehicle . She was died on 14.08.2016 After death of my wife, I shree
                                  Artatrana Mishra husband of said owner plying the vehicle as per
                                  advised of the financer of the Branch manager of State Bank of Bikaner
                                  & Jaipur, Patia Branch, Bhubaneswar Odisha.
                                  I am also deposited of the instalment of the vehicle periodically,
                                  hence forth I am also extend the said insurance policy which is
                                  deposited in your SBI General insurance company as per the advice of
                                  your agent. The above vehicle facing an accident on 13th Feb 2019 on
                                  the NH 316, the vehicle was damaged .As per advice of the branch
                                  manager of SBI General Insurance Kharvela Nagar Branch, bhubaneswar,
                                  the vehicle was shifted to Biswal Motors Plot no.1731/1924, 1732, 1925
                                  mancheswar, Bhubaneswar -751017, Odisha . I also lodged claim before
                                  your customer care on 18th Feb. 2019 against claim no. MVO-76327.

                                  So, I claimed before you to repair the above vehicle which is now
                                  laying in garage since long. So, I request to you settle the loss my
                                  vehicle and obelised.

                                  I Mrs. Anima Sahu wife of Late Ramakanta Sahu having policy no[protected] beg to state that on the death of my husband I claimed for insurance against the aforesaid policy on 7th June 2018. Two officials of your good office came to my house on 14th of June 2018 to inquire about the insurer. I was alone in the house under mental stress and agony. They came to my house without any lady members and for about three hours they mentally harrassed/tortured me and took all the documents without any endorsement. But surprisingly on 30th June 2018, I got the insurance policy repudiation letter from your end that my husband was suffering from heart disease. Again I send another letter to reconsider our claim, but the same was rejected by your good office. Since then I was on mental trauma and stress for which I could not make any correspondence.

                                  It is pertinent to mention here that at the time of making insurance policy all the information/ documents were furnished to your office agent and after a thorough health check-up the policy was done.

                                  After recovery from my ailment again, request your good office to kindly relook into the matter and take necessary action for the release of the insurance claim without further mental harassment and agony.

                                  On dated 20.03.2019 with invoice number- R-019131, I have purchased medicine of Nefrozon company. But due to some personal Issues, patient Mrs Jyotsna Jena not using those medicine.

                                  I had gone there on dated 10.04.2019 to return or refund the same, but the person in counter refused to return at any cost.

                                  So kindly go through the matter, for which I will be greaful to you.

I was sold the policy on 03/03/2008b for which i paid rs 12, 500 without explaining the market risk it entitles.                                       I had surrendered my sbi life saral pension policy on on 09.01.19 (Policy no 1e[protected].

                                      Since i had an urgent requirement for the money, had surrendered it in the first week of january itself.

                                      My insurance advisor also had informed that the procedures would be completed and the amount be credited in my account within 10 working days. But unfortunately it is not done till date and it is highly an unpleasant experience. They did not even providing a proper response.

                                      I am in deep trouble because of the delay. Also, had sent mail to [protected]@sbilife.co.in on feb 07 2019 (Service request no[protected], but did not get the issue resolved.

                                      Had sent a reminder again on feb 09 2019 (With a copy to [protected]@sbilife.co.in), but the issue still persists and they did not even bother to provide us a status update of the issue.

                                      Hence, sent reminders again on feb 12 2019 and got a reply that the issue has been redirected to the concerned team and the amount will be credited within 2 days. But still not got the amount and the issue still remains open.
