Dear Sir/Medom, with due respect I beg to state that I, Biswajit Roy is a policy holder of SBI Life Insurance company. In few month's I did the Flexi Smart Insurance policy from SBI Life Insurance company Limited. This policy no is[protected] and Proposal No. 56QJ216807 and Customer Id is 33878268. This policy name was Mr. Biswajit Roy and has been issued on 27/09/2013. This Reference Number: SR No. 4787284 & IRDA Token Number:[protected] Yesterday I have calling PVP KUMAR ( Vice President - Policy Servicing & Client Relationship) & telephone no is[protected] but he misbehave to me. I inform you sir that I could't submitted all premium copy of SBI Life Insurance in government office because duplicate premium copy of SBI Life Insurance is not valuable for income tax department. So I am helpless. I spent many time but ultimate result is zero. *That's why I decided That I want to close my **Flexi Smart Insurance policy and Your's responsibility to return money with interest (9%) 32, 500 rupees. Interest (9%) of 32, 500 rupees has been transfer to my bank account immediately. If you don't take action immediately that is why I am so satisfied that SBI Life Insurance company is a very very *Frot Frot Cheat*. I am waiting for this replied.
