SBI Life Insurance — Policy has been Surrendered for a Month Time with No Settlement as on date

Extremely poor response from SBI life Insurance as Policy - 1H[protected] SBIL - Retire Smart document has been summited for approx a month time on 26th Nov 2021 at SBI Branch Patliputra Patna -800013 but still settlement has not been done, No response from pathetic customer services of SBI Life Insurance . Only response recorded from team is that "Settlement payout is pending at Head office "

Do not want to further communicate with such Organization also will never ever recommend anyone to buy any policy from such a organization .
Have posted the same on Social media platform & will continue to do the same till Justice is done .

Completely feel cheated & Harassed by SBIL, would request action to be taken against SBIL official for mental harassment of Senior Citizen .
Real Shame & Curse to SBI Life officials for delaying the payout

I need immediate release of payout along with Delay penalty from SBI Life Insurance . Delay penalty will Start from 6th of Dec 2021 .
