I am Debasish Das, from Behala, Kolkata. Also inform you that I am regular passenger. I book a advance Ticket on[protected] from Behala Sursuna Bus Stop to Bajkul. journey date[protected]. As per confirmation i am waiting for SBSTC Bus at Behala Manton on[protected] from 6:30am onwards, the bus timing of stopage at 6:45am in Manton. Bus conductor confirm me when Bus leave from Bus terminus by phone. At that time i saw a bus came near me (bus no 2578) but when i rise my hand to stop, but the bus was not stop at my stopage. When I call Bus conductor at his mobile No. [protected] to know why the Bus was not stopped then he told me by mistake they were not stop the Bus and inform me to reach Behala Trum Depot near Behala Viddyasagar Hospital as they were waiting for us so with a hurry we reach that place within 5 minuets from Behala Manton to that place, but when I reach we saw there was no Bus waiting for us then I call Bus conductor again then he inform me that was fully responsible to the Bus Driver, he will not stop after his confirmation and then he provide me two numbers to raise a Complain the no is [protected] or 42. When I call that no they suggest to Complain through Online, that is ridiculous & more irresponsible. I want to notify the matter to SBSTC Bus authority to taking the action on the bus driver. And requesting not to do with any other passenger in future like that.
