SBSTC — Malpractice of picking up local passengers and taking illegal fare

I am arundhati a regular passenger of sbstc esplanadebstc durgapur route. Today i boarded the bus from esplanade at 9.45pm. It was esplanade asansol bus.. Bus no 1664. The driver and conductor mr shaw were both picking up passenger from middle and taking less money from them and putting the whole in his pocket. Not only that he is unnecessarily delaying the journey by doing this malpractice. I feel sbstc should take immediate action against them and restore our faith in them
