Scooty — man claiming to be army personnel is fraudulent.

On (Olx) we saw a scooty activa which a person claiming army personel namely vikas patel wants to sell it. We called him and told we will buy it and said i am in amritsar waga border doing duty there. As i am a student studying in moga punjab, i said him how can i get it, he said u just send money to my account and i will send by corrier to moga next day. He sended all his identification details like adhar card, army card, service card, etc and said i have transfer in few days that is why i want to sell in low rate. We got satisfied whatever he said and sended money to him. Next day when we called him he said send again 16000 as a security chech and we will send u back but after that i feel something wrong and i visited nearby police station and they did nothing and said this is fraud.
