I had ordered a leather back cover for my "Samsung Galaxy J7 prime" about a week before this Diwali(on[protected] from "ScreenGuards.co.in" amounting Rs. 599. When I received the Product on the Diwali day[protected], it was not only of very poor quality but was also not fitting my phone.The company's website clearly mentions that it takes refund requests within a week a delivery

So, on the very day[protected]I sent a mail to them asking them to take the product and refund the money. As it was Diwali I expected delay in their reply. So three days later(on[protected] I sent another mail to them. I received a reply on the very next day of sending the mail (on[protected] stating that they are unable to contact me and" to call on the provided number" or "provide an alternate number". I did both, I call them and also send a mail stating my alternate contact no. Three days later, I sent another mail to them (on[protected] as it had been three days from the last conversation and still I had not received any response . As of today[protected] I haven't received any reply, I also tried to call them multiple times but no one picks up the call. Their products and customer service both are pathetic.

I have recently ordered a back cover for my mobile. The payment was already made on the ordered date itself .The order data was on Placed on NOV 17, 2020. They said it will be delivered within 2-5 days. Now it's been 8 days since I haven't received a response . I have frequently sent emails and calls .Till now no action on this order id :[protected]

Order placed 15 days back, have been sent a fake tracking number. Customer support answered the call two times and promised me to send the items but not responding.

I have ordered a cover for my one plus 6 pimited edition but unfortunately i got a broken cover and i ordered a white one but i got the red instead of white. These guys are totally out of their mind selling the rubbish product.

2 months before order I already inform the cover is small, return back and send the same cover after 1month. i totally upset . i already inform but never action. so. please take action about this company.

I had ordered dr vaku swadesi pulse oximeter finger pulse blood oxygen spo2 monitor fda ce approved | make in india product for which i had aleady paid.

When after repeated reminder, they were not supplying product, i had cancelled the product on 18th august 2020.

Still now i had never received refund.

Phone is never received, whenever i do the complaint computer generated reply is but nothing happens.

It is certainly a fake company.

Sir, i have received vaku back cover for oneplus 5 9n dated 11sep.2020 order no.[protected].. On 12th sep. I did a mail to return the order. I got the message " a request for support has been created and assigned #88372969. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.'. No call has been received while i did call at customer service number. Pls solve the matter and return and refund me.

Refund amount has not been refunded since 30 days. The phone has not even been lifted. At least not even responding to mail. My order id: [protected].

I have purchased one iphone 6s case on[protected] vide order id [protected]. Today it’s[protected] but i have not yet received the iphone 6s case. And more over the company is very reluctant in receiving calls. Either refund the money or deliver the product

I have ordered apple watch series 4 tempered glass on screenguards.co.in on september 6th.
With the order id #[protected] and paid online. I wanted to cancel order due to screen size (I. E 40mm). I have misplaced the ordered with 44mm. Now, i have requested them to cancel, via mail and also tried to contact them. There’s no response at all from them. Even they haven’t updated my order in my account. Seeking for the help. I am filing a complain against them. Please help me with the issue.

I ordered for dr vaku 5d tempered glass protector for 550 rs. They sent a mail giving a blue dart awb no. But the product is not delivered still and also no response from their customer care centre and mail.

The bluedart number they have provided is not in the records when checked in their website.

It is now 10 days since they looted thd money. Fraudulent website.

Dear new customers, pls pls avoid to order to this screen guard india.. I never seen this kind of online money looters.. If you remit the payment after one month your will get your product with damage condition long follow up only..

I recently ordered a product from the site and i m having an issue and incompatibility with the product, so i mailed the company regarding the return.

According to their policy they will verify and get back in 2 to 4 days. But now its more than 8 days.

I raised this complaint because i raised few tickets in their site and no one is responding to thta. I mailed few times and call also then also no one is responding not even answering.

It's a fake website. You can't complaint and review. Once you order an item and paid cash immediately it take money and cancel your order itself. But it shows the order was cancelled by ourselves.

I bought pulse/oximeter on screenguards online on 28th july-2020.
I paid the amount inr 719 online.
I waited for delivery long time, but order was not delivered.

When i contacted customer care number (Very tough job to get in contact with them. 99 out of 100 times their number is either switched off or busy) don't expect call back from them!

Somehow i got connected with agent. She told me my order got cancelled somehow! And my payment was received. At least they accepted that my payment is received. She said, she will generate another order id for me.
I got another order id.
Then i am still on wait to get my order delivered! Unable to reach customer "care" number again. I have lost my money.
When tracked with "delhivery" tracking id, it shows item is not even picked up! So fed up of all this. I am hopeless now, and submitting complaint here.

I placed an online order for mobile flip cover on july 18, 2020 with order number [protected].

The online company has not delivered the item so far.

The cost of the item was indian rupees. 449.00

I purchased dr. Vaku oxymeter on 5th august, today is 10th august. Still now no update from their side on tracking id of courier. They are not delivering the product neither refining my money. This is a fraud company. I want my product or my money refunded asap.

Product has not delivered to me. There is no customer support. If i am calling nobody responding. Mail kept 3 times. There is no reply from them.

Very irritating situation this is.

Please tell me is it a bogus company or what? Why I unnecessarily waste my time on this.
