[Resolved]  Screen Guards India — no response from screen guard india support team

Have ordered back cover for Samsung Galaxy s8 plus edge from this website, the packet received with back cover was faulty . I wrote an email at their support id mentioned along with photographs, in response of which auto generated email was received but there is no response after that. This is poor support from screen guard india. It has been mentioned that we need to report back with 72 hours if the product is faulty or damaged one.

I have received call and pickup for the order arranged and product returned. But then no responses from Screenguard support team.

I still dont no whether they will send me new product or not.
