Have ordered back cover for Samsung Galaxy s8 plus edge from this website, the packet received with back cover was faulty . I wrote an email at their support id mentioned along with photographs, in response of which auto generated email was received but there is no response after that. This is poor support from screen guard india. It has been mentioned that we need to report back with 72 hours if the product is faulty or damaged one. Feb 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Screen Guards India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 15, 2018 Updated by Mohamed Ayas I have received call and pickup for the order arranged and product returned. But then no responses from Screenguard support team. I still dont no whether they will send me new product or not. Verified Support Jan 16, 2019 Screen Guards India Customer Care's response on 17 august your exchanged product has been dispatched and same has delivered to you on 20th august . Hope your query successfully resolved..
