[Resolved] Screen Guards India — Oximeter not delivered | |
I bought pulse/oximeter on screenguards online on 28th july-2020. I paid the amount inr 719 online. I waited for delivery long time, but order was not delivered. When i contacted customer care number (Very tough job to get in contact with them. 99 out of 100 times their number is either switched off or busy) don't expect call back from them! Somehow i got connected with agent. She told me my order got cancelled somehow! And my payment was received. At least they accepted that my payment is received. She said, she will generate another order id for me. I got another order id. Then i am still on wait to get my order delivered! Unable to reach customer "care" number again. I have lost my money. When tracked with "delhivery" tracking id, it shows item is not even picked up! So fed up of all this. I am hopeless now, and submitting complaint here. Was this information helpful? | |
