Hi, i'm ashwin sompurkar. I recently ordered a combo pack for redmi note 4 in which a customer has to choose any 5 products. I had chosen:
1-earphone mi piston (See pic) (90/- extra)+90.00 inr.
2-earphone with mic universal.
3-front tempered glass.
4-splitter to use 2 earphones in 1 mobile.
5-high speed data/sync/charging cable.
I have a complaint that i received product number 2, 3, 4 and 5 from the above list but didn't received product number 1 (I. E. Earphone mi piston). I tried calling on the number mentioned on the official website of screencellphone.com along with that i had also mailed to the mail address mentioned on the website but no reply although i mailed the complaint twice. I am very disappointed as i had payed the full amount and still 1 product is missing in the package. I received my order through blue dart courier. My order id is 10092768. I received my order on 17th june 2017 by 5 pm. I have no doubt about other products as they are as it is as ordered. I hope i would get my product delivered to me or get my refund of the respective product. I also hope i would get a reply to this complaint along with that also hope company would look into the problem. With this i am attaching a photo copy of the bill so that there would be no quarries ahead.
