I ordered jbl speakers with 4 other items on 3rd of january 2018.

My order number is[protected].

I did payment through online banking. Since then no updates have been sent to me regarding the product. Emailed them several times on [protected]@screencellphone.com

Tried to call them on their mobile number [protected] but not reachable.

I got the confirmation mail from the company regarding the order and payment but still no status updates on delivery or product.

MAKE A COMPLAINT:-
1. Take a print out of the alleged email along with its full header of the email
2. Take full header only from the first recievier email account (not the forwarded one).
3. Take Bank statement from the victim’s account.
4. Collect Details of the alleged transaction made.
5. Lodge a complaint in your nearest Police Station explaining complete incidence along with the above mentioned documents.
6. Save the soft copy of all above mentioned documents and provide them to the Investigating Officer on a CD

LISTEN :-
Firstly you are not suppose to trust anything that you feel the best offers just because the information on the scamming website looks genuine and legitimate.

Secondly if at all you find anything interesting why in earth you place order without doing a proper research just to stop you from researching they give a downtime .

Lastly below is the solution and prevention;

ADVISE:
1. Immediately send blocking request to the concerned service provider through their support or helpdesk and try to retrieve the access by following the procedure mentioned by them. (example facebook, google, or any other such services)

2. Immediately send an email to all your contact from any alternative email not to respond to emails coming from the hacked email.

3. If any transaction was made, immediately contact the concerned bank to stop the transfer.
