Dangerous street dogs in g 1 gali no 4 sai enclave, mohan garden, utaam nagar, new delhi-59
there are 5-6 dangerous street dogs who are barking whole night and attacking on kids, adults and people passing by two wheeler or walking on the street. It is not possible for us to sleep for whole night nor we can pass easily from the street. We are very unsafe due to these dangerous stray dogs.

Please arrange a pick up van to catch these dogs and remove them as soon as possible. Address is as below:

The cheque was duly honoured/paid by pnb to sdmc, new delhi on 18/11/2017 but no receipt has been issued and...

The tree is just outside the entrance of the building which restricts the parking and entry of the cars inside the building premises ( stilt parking area) and causes congestion on the road frequently/multiple times in a day. Request authorities to take appropriate action at the earliest so that the residents of the area do not have to face this inconvenience.

Respected sir/madam
The vehicle which collects waste from homes and comes with playing song "gaadi wala aaya ghar se kachra nikaal" over loudspeaker disturbs alot while working and srtudying . Being a student or job aspirant at 12 noon when its the time studying this vehicle comes with loudspeaker and obstruct our flow of studies . I request you to please issue a guidline to them to either shut the song and announce once of there arrival or minimize its volume . I am adressing this issue also because in colonies its sound amplifies and become more loud and it also create disturbance to who are having health issues .

I hope you take his seriouly and act on it soon

This is in regarding the amount of stray dogs in our colony Gulmohar Park. In the past 1 year the number of stray dogs in our colony has increased to a level that it has become a threat to a lot of local residents like me . We have told the RWA about it even after so many biting cases, the RWA isn’t taking any action.
It’s not only about biting but also the dogs bark all night, ruin residents’ cars assets and properties. Even the residents are fed up, but a lot of other residents feed them and pamper them and deliberately calling them to our lanes that the amount of dogs are increasing thus increasing the threat and ruckus that is there in the colony now .
Hence I request a full stray dog cleanup of my colony and look into the matter as soon as possible.

Since many days the cow owners of our locality have been showing irresponsible behaviour. Our roads are congested, stray cattle add to the traffic woes . The owners, after milking the cattle, leave them loose so that they can graze outside. Non-milking cattle is also left loose to save on their feed.
1. herds of stray cows and buffaloes roam freely on the thoroughfares and interior roads causing hindrance to traffic.
2. many people riding two-wheelers risk their lives riding the vehicles and skipping because of cow dung on the road.
3.. free-roaming cattle is a threat to two-wheeler riders as animals run on the middle of the road and all of a sudden move sideways causing road accidents.
4. some Cattles even chase down dogs and passengers passing by due to which injuries can happen.
5, it is very dangerous for kids playing in the roads since these cattles can easily cause them serious injuries.
6.the Cow Dung on the road causes serious hygenic problems.

thereby, I request the authorities to take strict actions against the owners .

The Roof is in bad shape and parts of it keep faling on ground, where childrens are playing during day time.

Please look into this before some major incidents happens and children get injured.

Dear Sir,

I myself and also on behalf of various residents of Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024 would like to bring to your kind notice that some afghani vendors have forcibly encroached upon the main road opposite II/E and II/I Block by placing heavy iron counters covering almost more than half of the road and selling non-vegetarian food, afghani naan etc. which has led to the shortening of the space available for pathways, parking, public movements and traffic movement. Not even this they are throwing all sorts of filth and garbage and defacating in the open plot. They use to fight and quarrel on petty issues and threaten of being protected by local officials with bribe, My fatheris a senior citizen and they forcibly occupied the main entrance of his premises, running businesses on road and threaten of dire consequences if we try to stop them to do so. We apprehend danger to his life, Please remove the so called unauthorized encroachment of Afghani Vendors from the main road of II/E and II/F Block

REG. : MASSIVE ENCROCHMENT and threatening to life by some Afghani Vendors including Md.Gul Nazar. Asamuddin, Mohammad Lal and other afghani vendors on the main road approaching opposite II/E & II/F Block

Dear Sir,

I Babu Ram R/o Plot near II/E 104C, New Delhi-110024 would like to bring to your kind notice that the some Afghani Vendors including Md.Gul Nazar. Asamuddin, Mohammad Lal and other afghani vendors have forcibly encroached upon the main road in from of my residence o and have placed heavy iron counters covering almost more than half of the road and selling non-vegetarian food, afghani naan, burgers etc. which has blocked entrance to my residence, led to the shortening of the space available for pathways, parking, public movements and traffic movement. Photographs attached. Not even this they are throwing all sorts of filth and garbage in my plot and on the road. I am a senior citizen, they even threaten of dire consequences if I try to stop them to do so. They sell all sort of tandoori rotis, non vegetarian items. I apprehend danger to my and my family’s life. Several complaints in this regard have also been made for removing them from the road.

You are requested to please remove these above named encroachment of Afghani Vendors who have forcibly occupied the main road of II/E and II/F Block .in from of my premises. As I am suffering from various ailments, and being treated at Safdarjung Hospital, my daughter Lalita Sharma on my behalf has lodged a complaint on 30th January, 2022 but no action has been taken so far. A police complaint vide Complaint no. [protected] dated 26.01.2022
in this regard was also made.

You are requested to please remove these unauthorized encroachment /counters of Afghani Vendors from the main road of II/E and II/F Block

With utmost disappointment I am writing that the conditions of main roads like Bindapur Matiala Road and Main Rajapuri Road are really poor here in Uttam Nagar.

Every time it rains, water logs everywhere on the main road because of potholes and it becomes impossible for people to walk out for 2-3 days. In normal days too, one cannot have a smooth drive because roads are filled with potholes from the starting point to end point.

These are the main roads and if anyone wants to go out, have to use these roads. The condition of these roads are so poor that potholes damage the vehicle and people walking on the roads often fall too.

In case anyone needs to go to hospital due to any medical emergency, he or she will have to go through continuous bumps which may worsen his or her case.

Since the past 2 years I have seen no action taken here, and the condition remains same.

In SDMC's District West, there is a primary school at Shiv Nagar (Jail Road) which is over fifty years old. 80% of this School land including its entire play ground has already been encroached by area builders and multi-storied buildings existing on all sides of the School land. Entrance is on main road which is visible as this school has been functional till last academic session. In the corner area many shops built on encroached land are functional which includes a chemist shop. NOW IT HAS BEEN SEEN THAT VACANT LAND ON THE ROAD OUTSIDE SOME ROOMS OF THIS SCHOOL WHICH ARE ON LEFT SIDE ON A ROAD UNDER A HUGE BARGAD TREE IS ALSO BEING ENCROACHED BY ERRECTING TALL BLUE SYNTHETIC SHEETS ON OUTSIDE. SOME BUILDER IS TRYING TO ENCROACH THIS VACANT LAND TO BUILT MORE SHOPS ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING ONES. Area Councillor, Mr. Narendra Chawla and JE, Maintenance, having his office at Mota Singh Road in Janakpuri have already been informed about this encroachment. None of them have acted and if not stopped forthwith by the Deputy Commissioner's officers in West District, the land will be encroached and later the huge very old bargad tree will also be cut down without anyone noticing this. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER AS EARLIER ENCROACHMENT OF 80% OF SCHOOL LAND IS PENDING IN THE DELHI COURTS. FOREST DLEPARTMENT AND DC, WEST, MAY PLEASE EXPEDITE ACTION AGAINST THE BUILDER WHO IS TRYING TO CONSTRUCT SHOPS COVERING THE SCHOOL BUILDING'S ROOMS VISIBLE TILL DATE.

A dog of typical indian stray dog bred of brownish colour by wz -108 pin-110028 have been a menace to the commutator daily. It have bitten two person in the morning and have been growing aggressive ever since. Its recommended that the matter be taken up urgently so as to minimize conflict cause.

We want you to pay attention to a govt school in surhera village near community centre which is not in use since last 20years and now it has become home for reptiles, stary dogs and center for some mischievous elements. It is creating problem to nearby people as it is located near the houses in village. So we request you to take some steps toward this or you can use this place for village betterment like for making yoga centre for females or park for children or parking vehicles for villagers. How do I solve my problem with our neighbor when they repeatedly throw dirty water in our colony's park while washing clothes.

Either way it sounds like they’re throwing dirty water in my direction which is unseemly and obnoxious.
They do this twice a week and whre the water goes is the main entrance to the park and my home

We have asked them very politely to not to continue the act but they dont listen and threaten us to file a complaint.

I, Megha Malhotra, a lawyer by profession and my family are residents of Madipur, L.I.G. Flats, near Madipur Metro station. The tree in front of our house has grown to a height of more than the 2nd floor level, and its obstructing the electricity pole and hampereing its connections. The branches are wide enough to disrupt our peaceful use of balcony and thus, interfering in our peaceful living. Request your assistance for pruning of a few tree branches in front of my residence.
1. The tree is infested with termite (दीमक) and ants, hence if the tree is not cut it may cause it to spread.
2. As being a responsible citizen of this residence this act of goodness by you will not do any harm to the environment

In connection to the Application 0122-[protected], I have applied for the Correction in the name of my 3 years old Daughter.

In response to the deficiency memo against my application dated 10.01.2022, a letter from the hospital was enclosed against the deficiency shown on SDMC citizen portal. Already a time period of approximately 10-12 days, has lapsed and no further action seems to be taken. For the last approx 10-12 days, even more than that, the application is lying with Assistant Public Health Inspector.

The list of documents attached with the aforesaid application are as follows:-
1. Letter from Hospital
2. Identity Proof of Mother
3. Identity Proof of Father
4. Affidavit as prescribed.

It is my sincere request to please expedite the proceedings for the issuance of amended Birth Certificate.

Although, I myself have applied for this correction after huge delay, is SDMC punishing me for this delay in filing correction. Why is the online application platform provided to SDMC citizens. If there's any late fees, I m ready to pay.

Is there any timeline for the redressal of such corrections.To whom should one approach, in the event of non-adherence to such timeline, if any.

I can not visit personally, as I m residing in Gujarat. So, please try to understand the gravity and provide me solution at the earliest.

(I have already approached many online platforms for this issue, but SDMC is not providing any solution)

We are having issues driving our cars to and from our house as some of our neighbors have erected illegal staircases of cement and pipes reinforced with cement on the street . This causes a great deal of problems people trying to drive through the street, this has also resulted in cars getting damaged multiple times. I humbly request someone from SDMC to come and inspect these illegal structures so that action can be taken and the safety of driving through the street restored.
